Description of Work: First I bought a $99 air conditioner check-up through Angie's List. I made an appointment, stayed home from work for 4 hours, and they never showed up or called. When I called him, he said he had customers completely down that took priority (OK) and he did not call because he had mis-copied my phone number from the computer. He was apologetic and promised to make things right, and come out on a Saturday, which would be July 11. So, on July 11, I got up early, got all my errands done to be ready, and again he is a "no-show". At least it was a Saturday so I did not miss half a day of work. I called him, and he told me his phone had died and all his appointments were lost. Pretty lame-how many people had he "stood up" that he could not remember them all? Well, he finally showed up Saturday afternoon, and seemed technically VERY knowledgable. I had a leaking King Valve, and offered to repair it for far less than the other price I got from the thieves at Air Care. Air Care had also told me I needed a new compressor, which was total BS, and Pro-Solutions showed me why I did not need a new compressor. They replaced the King Valve, and it seems OK. So, Pro-Solutions appear to be very technically competent, but so unorganized they cannot be trusted to show up for appointments. I will look elsewhere for air conditioning service in the future. I also did a little research, and found that the license they have is a state contractors license, and I could not find them in the listings for ACCA, which appears to be a higher level of skill for air conditioning contractors. In the future I will restrict my business to ACCA licensed contractors.

Description of Work: Replaced module, motor and blower assembly in my attic. They voluntarily provided a free portable AC unit to help me stay comfortable until the parts arrived and repair could occur. They also checked my ground level AC unit outside. |They were very courteous and professional. I would be pleased to use them again should my AC need service.

Description of Work: We scheduled the appt and then they called and said they were too busy to keep it, so we re-scheduled. They called again on the day of the second appt to tell me they had double-booked for that time, so we had to re-schedule again. On the third attempt, they did come. Two men arrived; one was very young and seemed to be a helper. They did not have uniforms. This appt was an Angie's list special for a 20 point check. The AC was working both before and after the appt.

Description of Work: Replaced my failed 10 year old system that had blown the compressor. |Received 3 quotes and they beat others by over $1000.00 for the EXACT same system. Only drawback is that as a smaller operation, it took 4 days before they could get to us. However, they did loan us a portable unit at no cost immediately that did help somewhat. Best part is that owner is very straightforward, no BS guy. He gave an initial estimate over the phone based upon info I gave him. When he came to house and confirmed the specs I provided, he confirmed the estimate. All other contractors would only give vague and large price ranges until they came out and inspected the system which took only 5 minutes so they could launch into their 40 minute sales pitch. Description of Work: I was told by one of the "free" inspection companies my AC unit needed immediate |replacement. I contacted Pro Solutions Air thru Angies list, without knowing of the previous inspection, the technician did a complete inspection and test of my system and found my AC to be fine. Beware of the "free" AC inspection service.

Description of Work: Very professional company. Don (the owner) came to my home, inspected air conditioner that had stopped working in the peak of summer. Ultimately the rooftop unit which was very old needed to be replaced.
