Everything went fine from the time of estimate to installation of the exhaust fan. Very good company to work with.

It went fine. The guys were very nice. Installed the exhaust fan and cleaned up.

Stay away - incompetent and unprincipled Took them 8 weeks to try and fix our A/C, and we ultimately had to bring in another contractor. They: - Routinely cancel appointments or are no-call/no-show - Misdiagnosed our issue - Tried to charge me $400 for a warranty service for a problem they were unable to fix - Lousy at returning messages - They hate working with warranty companies - maybe they are better with their own clients Really a nightmare... stay away!

It was on a weekend when my A/C went out at the beginning of the summer, the person who answered the phone was very professional, informative, the person who came to my home called when they were on the way and was very polite and prompt.

I received multiple quotes from multiple AC companies in the valley. Pro Solutions was competitive on price from the very beginning. When I told other companies I had decided on who I was going with, they attempted to sweeten their deals to reduce the cost, but I appreciated Pro Solutions straight forward good quote from the beginning. They installed the system a few days after I signed the contract with them. The installation went smooth and took about 8 hours. I'm very pleased with the work Pro Solutions did and the equipment they installed.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! These guys are hands-down the best in the business, and we couldn’t be more pleased. After a negative experience with another company that looked at the AC, said they would be back, left and never returned, leaving us stuck in a house during 100+ degree days, I called these guys out of pure luck after reading positive reviews from several sources. I’m so glad I did! The owner Don came out the same day I called to look at our setup, offered us a quick and very reasonable quote for quality products, and scheduled us right away. His crew came out on a Saturday and was here for 8 + hours and worked very, very hard to correct the problem, install the new equipment, and even remove old equipment left in the attic from years ago by another less reputable company! This company is a smaller, family owned and operated company that stands by their work and it shows. They cleaned up so well afterwards that we can’t even tell they were here – they even swept the walk out front! Extremely professional, extremely courteous and outstanding customer service. We will recommend them to everybody we know and they have earned a customer for life for all our HVAC maintenance needs! Thank you!

Work was done on time with no problems. The price was the best and they didn't try to add an unnecessary maintenance cintract. Maintenance was included in the price.

They were great. Showed me pictures of my old system and explained everything and gave me options of what work I wanted to be done, with the prices. They replaced my heat pump without any problems or any extra charges .I felt confident I got a fair deal with this company.

12 year old HVAC system was still working, but in Phoenix I knew it was time to replace. Don, the owner, promptly responded to my request for a quote. He was very thorough and professionally made his recommendations. The quote was fair and I set an appointment for two days later to have the work done. The day of installation, Job and Roy, showed up ready to start. They were professional and kept me informed of their progress. They throughly cleaned up after completing the job and helped me program my new thermostat. Job reviewed my warranty and answered all my questions. It was a very stress-free experience. I would highly recommend Pro Soultions Air to all my friends and family.

No unexpected added costs. Explained thoroughly what needed to be done for proper installation. Was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't pressured into a more expensive installation. Was able to keep my recently [last year] purchased thermostat, whereas another firm would have tried to talk me into replacing a thermostat installed by another firm. Work was done in a timely manner . Felt peace of mind knowing that I was finally going to have a more efficient unit and no thoughts of possible carbon dioxide leaks like I was experiencing with the old worn out gas furnace. A Carbon dioxide alert unit warned me of low level amounts. What might to some appear to be an annoyance ,the slight rumbling noise when it fires up and while it is running, is like music to my ear. I put it on par with white [ambient] noise, and knowing when it is on and giving me comfort and warmth. I would defiantly recommend this outfit to anyone needing a gas furnace repair, maintenance or purchase.

It went great! I called right after I purchased the big deal, and he let me purchase a water heater for pretty cheap. I didn't have to do anything, he even picked up my water heater and when he found out I needed an extra part he went out picked it up and brought it back to my house. I was so please with everything.

They arrived on time, called on their way to let me know they would be here soon. Two very nice young men and that's important to me living outside of the WITTMANN area. It turned out all that was wrong (thankfully) was a wire had been pulled loose by one of my young dogs. I said a new air system was not possible at this time, and they did not pressure to me to purchase services or a new air system. The air ducts have never been clean and I inquired re. that. One man took a picture and it is awful how dirty they are. Disgusting! The owner gave me an excellent price and are scheduled to come back next week to clean the ducts. Its very difficult to get service in the WITTMANN area. If you do get someone-the service call is a small fortune. And they hammer on you to purchase a new over-priced system. And they always claim the old system "can't be fixed". Not true. I will continue to use Pro Solutions Air for all air conditioning needs. Including a new system when that time arrives. The owner answered my call & was very nice. Scheduled me in immediately. Thanks guys-you made my day!!

Jason did a great job and was very professional. He did not try to upsell me on a new AC which every other AC company has tried to do when they did the same service each year. However, he did show me a picture of something small with the newest of the two AC units which he fixed for a very reasonable cost.

Don was excellent. He provided the service and when completed went over the pictures and video he took of our unit to show problem areas. He was very proactive in contacting the manufacture to determine warranty information. This was time and money well spent.

Was close to 45 minutes late from agreed upon window of time, although he did call at the last minute to inform me he would be late. Was told the contactor unit was bad and needed replacing which I agreed to. I was charged $179.00 for the part and labor. That price was well over a 100% mark up as I found out later. I know there are labor costs included in this price, but I feel this was excessive.

I had a 12 year old heat pump system that was blowing cool air in heat mode. I emailed Pro Solutions to get a diagnosis on my HVAC system. The owner Don Wade, showed up with another technician. He immediately went to work and found the problem in about 10 minutes. The refrigerant level was at zero and it meant a leak. He suggested to replace the old system versus spend money on the old R-22 refill and fixing the leak. I decided to get another opinion from another HVAC company and Pro Solutions was right on, but the other company took about an hour and a half to tell me the same thing, that there was a leak and it is recommended to replace the aging system versus spend $800-$1300 to fix and fill with R-22. I was thinking about using a big time, "faceless" company that does installs for a major home improvement store. However, after talking to their "answering service" and being assured I would receive a call back on quotes, I never received a call, and I tried THREE TIMES!!! So I made a decision to email Don Wade of Pro Solutions to come over to my house again and discuss quotes for a new system. He showed up as soon as I was available to see him and gave me some prices on different heat pump systems. I was happy with the price and signed a contract, the next day Pro Solutions installed my new Heat Pump system. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT I WENT WITH A NEW SYSTEM AND DID NOT FIX THE PIECE OF S$!t I HAD. The new heat pump is about three times quieter and 6 times faster at heating and cooling the air. I am very happy I dealt with a company that puts its "face" on their services. Mr. Wade seems like he takes pride in his skills and his business, so therefore, if anything went wrong he would sure as h*** find a solution and make the customer happy to not risk hurting his good name. P.S...Pro Solutions also had the longest labor warranty of all the companies at which I investigated. P.S.S ....As an added bonus, one of the technicians fixed the light socket in the attic free of charge.

I contacted 3 companies. One responded by sending over a very slick salesman who gave us an estimate and then immediately lowered it when we said we would be contacting others. Ruled him out then and there. One gave us estimates based on several manufacturers which seemed to be fairly reasonable. I left a voice message for Don at Pro Solutions and he called back within a few minutes. In follow up conversation he offered very competitive prices for several manufacturers and was very responsive. We selected him based on a verbal estimate and he started the process right away for installation within 3 days. (this was fall so not an emergency). The unit was delivered and his crew showed up right on schedule. It was very pleasant working with Don. All work was done professionally and quickly. Will definitely use Pro Solutions in the future.

We needed to have an HVAC inspection and service as part of our house sale. Don showed up within a day or two, made his inspection, recommended repairs (that I thought we needed for quite a while anyway). His price was fair, he did the work in remarkable time, and we were very happy with the work. Don answers the phone himself, is always polite, and usually sends someone over asap. With our new house, we were considering moving an AC duct to accommodate a range hood. Called Don, his brother showed up obviously after a long day, but squeezed us in somehow. He gave us a price for the job, but we ended up changing the design so didn't need to move the duct. I told Don, and he was very professional and thanked us for our business. I would recommend Pro Solutions Air to anyone in need of service. I've had horror stories with other "Brothers" who only work on your system if you sign up for their service package. Neither Don nor his brother mentioned any of that, but I'm sure he offers that service. Good business sells itself

It appears to this customer that a 'fair' charge would have been the original $29.99 & perhaps adding the fair cost of the replacement part;even doubling the tune up price would appear to be alright. Customer believes he was charged unfairly as compared with previous A/C tune- up charges, Will be happy to send attachment with report, but do not see any provision for such an attachment with this report.
