I was extremely pleased. The workmanship was very professional and they are honest in assessing what work is needed. I have a tile roof. New life removed existing tiles, replaced any damaged tiles, repaired only the metal channels that needed repair, fixed any problems with the wood under the tiles, and replaced the tiles. They also sealed and coated my flat patio roof. Very pleased.

Excellent. It was really good. It took I think two and a half weeks, almost three to complete the service. The workers were very good, excellent. My first impression was good. We used them before at our other house. They did the roof on our other house back in Glendale, I don't remember what year that was. It was when they had the microburst happen and all the shingles were on the ground in the whole area.

Although the first attempt did not fix the leak, Richard was very attentive and professional and re-evaluated the issue found the source of the leak and fixed it right away. Recommendation on some tile and exhaust repair were done in a timely manner. The quote was reasonable and appropriate unlike the other quotes that I got that were 3 to 4 times more short of a total roof replacement. I would definitely recommend or hire his company for any roofing repairs.

Called with a leak in the roof that was causing damage. They spoke with me about the issue and said they would call back in a day or so to schedule an appointment. He also said he would mark it as urgent! Now 6 days later I have never received a returned phone call. What a waste of time!

I have had New Life Roofing out before to repair the work of others and they have always done a fantastic job. While inspecting our roof, Richard took pictures to show us what was wrong and what work needed to be done. They were always on time and provided excellent service.

Richard who works for New Life Roofing, decided to take a look at things. Said he would not charge unless he could get it fixed. Went back on the roof with some materials to take care of the leak. Yesterday there was a big rain. No leaks. Never had someone offer to do work and not charge me a penny. If I have to get another roof installed I will think about hiring New Life. He was so nice. I was impressed.

Extremely well. The job was complicated by the fact that the old roof had asbestos in it. New Life arranged for hazardous waste removal of the old roof, and immediately followed with installation of new roof. New Life was very accommodating in adjusting to my difficult schedule, and were very careful not to leave the work exposed during the monsoon rainy season. The supervisor, Scott Hoke, was very helpful and easy to reach. I also requested a couple of repairs, which involved a bit of carpentry, and that was all performed to my complete satisfaction.

Richard came out on time checked out what had to be done and gave me a written estimate. Called him back a few days later and gave him the go ahead. My luck 2 days later he had a crew in my area. He called me told me that the crew was going repair my roof that day...super..

New Life Roofing completely replaced my Owens Corning fiberglass shingle roof. Total cost included full tear off of old shingles and some minor lumber replacement where the deck was starting to rot. New vent turbines and new flashing were also installed and painted to match the roof. Total price was very reasonable, and almost $1,000 less that the outfit my insurance company suggested. Scott, the Sales Manager and Richard, the Owner, were always responsive and professional answering my questions and responding to my needs. I had frequent contact with both. One or both came to the job site more than once to provide hands on help when requested. The job started on time, as contracted, and was completed within the 3 day estimated to do the job. The crew did excellent work, especially keeping the job site clean and free of debris during and after the tear off. They even covered my pool to keep falling debris out of the water. It's not hard to see why this company is so in demand that they sometimes can't respond quickly enough to new inquiries. They have a set staff of experienced and well trained workers they always use to do high quality work. Since they don't sub out or bring in untrained day labor just to keep up with spikes in demand, like during storm season, it's understandable they sometimes can't respond to every job request. When I called about a minor roof repair a few years ago, they were the only company to respond and quickly completed a job that totaled only $106. I would certainly use them again for a big or small job...hoping they aren't too busy when I need work done!

I have contacted the ompany on two different occasions and unfortunately BOTH times no roofer called me back!!! Very unfortunate we were notevenworth a return phone call.

I've used New Life Roofing twice (once at a previous residence and now at my current home) and am very pleased with their service and quality of work. Recently, I had a vent that was damaged and blew off my roof. I had the potential of serious water damage if we had any rain. This was a 'small' job and I had issues with other companies calling me back. Richard was great. He answered his phone when I called and came out within a couple of days. He is professional and completed the service the same day.

Richard's crew replaced several broken tiles and trim (edge) tiles on the front and side of our single level roof. They examined the entire roof and repositioned a slipped tile and resecured others that had loosened wherever needed in various places and repositioned the cap tile at the top of the garage on the street side which was crooked. They also added some flashing to a front valley to extend and cover a small opening in the the existing tiles. They matched the existing roof color perfectly! In addition, we had minor leak areas off the edge of the back patio flat roof. Instead of pushing to replace the entire roof, Richard said we could get a couple of more years or so out of it by cutting back the edges, which had become brittle in some spots, and reseal those with a mastic and reinforcing web and then cover it with buff-colored grandules. It did the trick! There was one small area near the front entry that needed some attention that I thought was included in Richard's estimate. When I called, he came out himself to see it and then proceeded to fix it himself right then and there. Richard's crew was very professional, steady-working and removed 100% of all the debris. Richard and Scott did an amazing job. They provided a very competitive quote and a variety of product options in a quick and professional manner. When we accepted their proposal they provided a work schedule and everything went as per the schedule. All the workmen on site were professional, fast, polite and exceptionally neat. Despite the scope of the job, everything was clean at the end of every day. We never saw a nail or scrap of material anywhere on the ground and that's hard to do! Any payment was refused until after Scott did a final inspection to assure that everything was to New Life standards. We are very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend New Life Roofing to anyone.

I reached out to the company multiple times, but once I made a successful contact on the 3rd try I have been happy with the results. Richard met me at my home on time for the original estimate and conducted it promptly. He mentioned that he recommends only what he feels needs to be done to fix the immediate problem(s) and doesn't tend to recommend a complete roof replacement unless the symptoms truly call for it. They were able to come out in a couple of weeks and made most repairs in a two day period and then the superintendent came an additional two times to wrap up the job. I have not had any leaks during subsequent rain storms.

His pricing was a little high for my tile roof repair. The bid he presented me with was $10,000 for 3 areas on my roof. I ended up using another provider I found on Angie's List, to do my roof replacement which ended up costing me $13,640. I also had a few issues with him not getting back to me with questions on going a different route such as replacing the roof. I think it would also be helpful if the women in the office were more accurate, or realistic when setting call back expectations. The women would tell me he would call me back the same day, and he never did. I think that people would not be upset if they upfront warned customers he would not be able to return the call the same day.

I contacted the provider twice during the last week of May for a quote. On May 26, I was told that someone would contact me before the end of the day. On May 28 or 29, after receiving no call, I called again. The gentlemen answering the phone was very polite and apologized that no one had called and said he would make sure that my info was in the system. It's June 13 and I still haven't received a call.

This is possibly the best contractor I have dealt with in my entire life. Beginning with the roof removal subcontractor. Moved my patio furniture, put down new looking drop cloths totally around the house. Not only swept the roof but vacuumed it also. I think they were done in under two hours. Then the roofers took over and were done in one day and a couple of hours. All the patio furniture was returned to where it belonged and there was not a scrap of debris on the ground. They not only gave me a firm price, after I agreed they reminded me I had an Angie's list credit due. I would not have thought of that. They would not take any of my money until the job was completed and their inspector stated the job met their standards. I have a 30 year roof now with a 10 year warranty. I accepted the asphalt tiles they recommended and they look absolutely beautiful. I had architectural tiles on another house I had re roofed but they do not look as good as these. I cannot say enough good things about New Life Roofing. Professional, high degree of integrity. Almost unbelievable about how well it went. All jobs seem to have some glitches, even little ones. This one did not. Smooth, fast, quality, and reasonable. Lower quote than I received from another roofer obtained through another reference program that actually did a temporary patch for me for over $300.00 that did not last even a month. I hope Angie's list continues it quality screening. The other reference site used to have quality vendors.

I contacted New LIfe Roofing on 5/26/15 as a referral from Handyman Connection. I have a patch of paint that is peeling in the ceiling of my bathroom which I assume is a small leak in the roof. I want to get it addressed before the monsoon hits this summer and becomes a bigger problem. Left my name, contact information and a description with the call service but as of 5 days later have not been contacted by New Life.

Found my den flooded last Saturday morning from a leak in the flashing, so I mopped it up and called for New Life to get it fixed. Talked their call center at 5:30 AM and was told the on-call person would contact me. Six hours and no call I called again and got an answering machine, so left message to call. Now four days later and still no call back.
