Description of Work: New Life Roofing is NUMBER ONE in my research for finding an honest roofer. Late on 11/9/12 (Friday) I left a message that I would like to set up an appointment to review some areas of my roof. The morning of 11/12/12 (Monday) Richard called me back. I requested an appointment for today and Richard was able to come to the house within the hour. I identified the areas that the gutter company had said could have possible roof problems. Richard did a detailed inspection and let me know that I did not need any roof repairs at this time. He gave me some great suggestions to review with the gutter comapny when they come to intall the new gutters. Richard also gave me the information that I needed to review with the painter to fix my roof on the patio. It is so refreshing to meet someone that gave me an honest evaluation of the problems and saved me money that I would have spent to have the roof repaired that 2 other companies had suggested. When you need ot have your roof repared look no further than New Life Roofing.

Description of Work: Appointment was at 2 PM. I waited until 2:45 to call company, got an answering service. I wanted to make sure Frank was ok, not ill, etc. Called Frank, no answer. Frank called after 3 PM, after I called company. 1 HOUR LATE! NO PHONE CALL! DID NOT CALL TO APOLOGIZE, NOR TO SAY LATE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. COULD NOT TRUST THEM TO DO THE WORK.

Description of Work: I had a leaky roof. I called this Company on a friends recommendation and found them to be honiest, fair and delivered what they promised timely. As far as I am concerned they will always do my roof repairs.

Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED SOME BROKEN TILES ETC. ON THE ROOF. WHEN THEIR INSPECTOR CAME OUT HE FOUND A SPOT THEY MISSED, SO THEY CAME BACK A SECOND TIME.

Description of Work: I sent an email to this firm after a nasty wind storm last month. I have never heard back from the firm. I am self-performing the work this next weekend.

Description of Work: Estimated work for a roof leak in garage ceiling and also what appeared to be leaking through the ceiling of a bedroom. Another company said the ceiling in the bedroom was not a leak, but old paint showing through (which we had suspected). It was confirmed there was no leak when we had our popcorn ceilings removed a week later. The estimate, however, seemed fair to replace some flashing (where they was no leaking) along with the roof leak in the garage ceiling for around $250.
