I am so happy with H &K Plumbing. In late October, I ordered a new toilet from Home Depot and it was delivered broken. I advised Kevan Delaney of H&K that I would schedule the work once the return and credit was processed, which did take several weeks. Kevan phoned me in the beginning of December for a status. We got to talking and he suggested another brand which, he felt, was much better than the one I chose and more economical in cost and water usage. I did some research online about the brand and decided to go with his suggestion. I am so glad I did!! Kevan removed the old toilet, took care of hauling it away, and installed the new one. The work he did was excellent and it turned out that I saved some money on a product that turned out to be of higher quality than the one I originally chose from Home Depot. Kevan is a very nice man, very personable, and a highly professional plumber. We discussed doing the same work in my master bathroom in 2014. I will also seek his advice on some renovation ideas I have for my master bath. I would strongly recommend hiring H&K Plumbing!!

H&K came out due to a overflowed toilet. He quickly found and fixed the problem. We agreed upon replacing the toilet. He provided one that we liked and are sure to have for many years.

We puchased a new water "RO" system for under the sink and decided to install it ourselves (it looked easy on the video, ha ha). Things did not go very well and as soon as we started the installation something broke, then something else and so on. By the time we finished we had leaks and had made quite the mess of things. H&K plumbing came out right away (the owner did personally) and fixed everything corectly, As long as he ws there, I had him replace an outside faucet that had been leaking forever. The work was very high quality, the plumber was professional and friendly, and everything was done exactly right. I would recommend H&K to my friends, and I would use their services again.19406

Kevan added us to a busy schedule and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and set to clearing a clogged drain problem that was 20 years in the making. It took multiple runs to clear the pipe and Kevan stayed with it until a strong drainage flow was reached. Kevan is the third plumber we've used in five years in Arizona. We think we've found a keeper and plan on giving him more business very quickly. Kevan gives high value for the very reasonable price.

He a was very nice he made list of the parts needed and purchased them and returned in a very timely manner. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

I just needed him to fix a leaky faucet. He tells me the faucet cannot be fixed and will have to be replaced. The price for said job will be $700 dollars and that was $200 dollar less than normal because I was an Angie's list customer! I have since had another plumber come out to do a quote, who said the cartridge could be replaced ( if he could find one) and the job complete for around $200. Despite the owner of this company assuring me repeatedly that it all needed to be replaced I have personally removed the old cartridge and put in another one! I fixed my own issue in under an hour!!! disappointed this company would try and take advantage of a veteran going to school full time! He said everything he told me was 100% accurate yet he told me repeatedly the faucet was shot and there was no fixing it and some how a regular guy with no plumbing experience fixed... Odd!

It went fine. He fixed the commode and a faucet.

It was very good. He's very nice and works very hard. He doesn't loiter around, so that's good. He was very professional and on time. We did end up using him for some more work at the same property right after that specific work. I still have a couple of contracts with him as I bought three Big Deals and I've only used one so far. It was quite satisfactory.

Overall, the projects went well. The plumber, Kevan, was scheduled to arrive at 0630. He was early, arriving around 0600, which was good with me. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable with his work. His vehicle was well stocked making running to the local hardware store unnecessary. I frequently came out to observe his progress, which he did not seem to mind me looking over his shoulder. I have two large friendly energetic dogs to which he appeared to enjoy their inquisitiveness on the occasions they were let outside. After installing the soft water conditioner and making the initial settings, Kevan asked if I would like my hot water heater serviced. Since it had been years from the unit's installation, it never being serviced, and concerns about an anode problem, I elected to have his service it. Kevan highly recommended replacing the factory drain valve on the bottom of the tank with one that allows a much better flow, allowing sediment to exit the tank. This was done and I'm glad to make this upgrade. The quality of the work on both the soft water conditioner installation and the hot water tank servicing was top notch. The only negative comment I can make is the amount of billing hours. The project took 5 hours. With the Angie's List deal I purchased giving 2 hours of work for approx $130.00 and the remaining three hours of work (approx $300.00), along with the $161.00 of materials that I was billed for, and $14.00 tax, the final project amount was approx $600.00, which excludes the soft water conditioner.

These guys were outstanding. Truly the best. They are not "handy men". They are true professionals. They know codes, craftsmanship, and proper methodology. No exaggeration on the A rating. They were exceptional at all levels. You will not be disappointed.

We have an old home, and have been having drain problems for years. We had a plumbing company (Angie's List selection) come out to do some minor repairs and attempt to open the slow draining lines again. At the same time, we asked them to have a video service come out to video the entire length of the drain system. The video service was very efficient and were in and out quickly, leaving a DVD with the videos, explaining what they saw to us. From the video, it was evident that the sewer lines needed replacing so we asked for the plumber to have an estimate of what it would cost for the repairs that would be necessary. A few days later, we received the estimate, but it was short of details, after asking for an itemization of what they would be doing, and what we would be resonsible for doing/having done. We decided to get a second opinion, again an Angie's List contractor, and the individual that showed up was very informative, but stated that part of the concrete floors in the bathrooms would need to be removed to get to the main line which would need to be replaced. We asked that he put together an itemized description of what his company would be doing with cost estimate. The problem we had with that company, was their lack of a timely response (considering we paid to have the plumber come out), and the fairly high cost of the work. We decided to get a third opinion, and we are most glad we did. Not only was Kevan, of H & K Plumbing informative, he spotted a number of issues the others did not. He also stated that in his experience, the main sewer line in the foundation seldom needed to be replaced. He put together a much better explanation of what he would do, what needed done, and what we would be responsible for getting done. His price was much less than the other two companies, and by the end of the job, I am convinced that he did a lot more than he bargained for, at his expense. Kevan, and his workers were professional and constantly cleaning up after themselves, as well as trying to minimize their imposition on our lives. When we started picking out fixtures and the tub and replacement toilet, Kevan virtually held my wife's hand to assist her in getting quality parts. He never talked down to either of us in all the time he was working on the project, and anything he found that was not up to code was brought up to code by the time he was done. The only problem we had with the repairs was the length of water connections he installed behind the washer, which did not allow the washer to fit as close to the wall as previous. But Kevan replaced the connections with no complaint or extra cost. He checked and rechecked all of the connections before determining that the job was complete. I can't say enough about what a personable individual Kevan is, and the confidence I have in the excellent job he did for us. I have no problem recommending him to friends, and Kevan has started a similar repair for a friend of mine to whom I recommended Kevan. By the way, moving the water heater to the outside of the house was an afterthought to the plumbing problem repair, but Kevan got it done quickly and the way he ran the lines outside is practically invisible.

H & K Plumbing was very responsive and repaired the broken pipe and installed a kitchen faucet. I will use H & K Plumbing again if needed in the future.

He answered all my questions and took his time to do the job correctly. I will use this contractor in the future.

I was very unhappy with him. I talked to him on the phone and told him what I needed done, he said okay. When he came, I wasn't home, he quoted my boyfriend $200 more. He claimed I didn't tell him what all I needed done, but I did.

The overall job turned out to be 12 hours of work, which no-one could have forseen. We thought it would be a simple installation of a laundry tub next to the washer but as it turns out someone had put foam insollation down the drain from the washer. This caused water to fill the space in between the wall every time the washer emptied. He was able to fix everything on the scheduled call and stayed until the much bigger job was done. We were very happy with his work and appreciated his candor. I recomend him and would use him again.

I have had Kevan aka H & K Plumbing Svc (and it's pronounced Kev-aaan) for several of my plumbing issues (and they were HARD). He is prompt, courteous (to a fault) and worth EVERY SINGLE LITTLE PENNY, I have spent (and it's been a considerable amount). His work is so professional it amazes me. After the initial visit I was so impressed I had him do more expensive (and time consuming) jobs. He has made so many visits (and has more to do) that my wife and I consider him FAMILY. The man does an extraordinarily good job and I could not ask for a better plumber or friend.

He was able to come on short notice, which was a pleasant surprise given how busy plumbers can be. He showed me that the old garbage disposal was shot and I agreed to let him replace it with an improved model he had with him, The old one was also installed in an unsanitary manner, and he installed the new one according to code. He did a much better job than I would have done myself on these repairs, or a handyman. I was glad I called his company.

I needed a plumber immediately because of a water leak in a bathroom. I purchased a coupon on Angie's List and called H & K Plumbing. After explaining that water was dripping from a ceiling light fixture in a bathroom, Kevan came within an hour. He discovered the cause in the attic and capped off a pipe and made pictures of it so we could submit the evidence to the roofing company that had caused this situation. We have since used H and K Plumbing company for other work and have been very pleased with the work and results.

Polite, professional plumber. Did everything as agreed . We bought a special price coupon from Angies List for 2 hours. He completed the work in exactly two hours. Recommended.

Kevan (owner) arrived on time and performed the services quickly and efficiently. He also checked the faucets in the master bathroom, however, they beyond repair and needed to be replaced (did not have that done because we are replacing the sink in December). Kevan was courteous and efficient. He explained what the problems were and how he would repair / fix. All items were repaired to my satisfaction.
