Work was done well. Price quoted was half the final bill.

Not great. First I had to pay extra to drill the hole larger (my fault for buying fixture that was too big) and then he informed me the sink was improperly attached so I paid extra to fix that. Then he tried to get me to replace the plumbing in the tile shower for a mere $800 and I finally gave up. He replaced the faucet, fixed the sink and I ended up paying for a $136 Angies List coupon for two hours of plumbing repair and $418.00 for the other services. NOT a good deal.

Okay. Took longer than expected and therefore had to pay more than I anticipated. Also didn't realize until he left (which is my fault) that all the drain stoppage handles/levers are at different heights. Looks a little funny.

I was quoted $850 plus tax for a new gas fired 50 gallon water heater and removal of old unit. I knew there could be some minor extra charges for incidentals but I failed to ask how much it would be and was not given any indication. When the work was done I was presented a bill for $1,413.00. As water heater replacements go this was not a difficult job. I had used this guy before and knew he was not inexpensive but this was a flat out rip-off. I believe he sized me up and figured I would pay. He was correct. I paid. But never again. Buyer beware.

Great. The plumber improved the faucet by making it a turn on spout. Making it easier to replace the faucet.

This is the 2nd time I've used H&K. I called last minute due to a leak that developed in our irrigation system. He showed up that day and replaced the line and back flow device that was incorrectly installed by a landscaper. After a neighbor woke us up about water pouring out of the system and a small pond it had created, everything is now fixed and working as planned. H&K had previously replaced a leaky faucet outside and checked on a lack of hot water when we moved into our new house in April. Good service, prompt, professional. I recommend them.

It was just okay. I'm not fond of the charges. I feel like he took too long a time to get back to do the work after he went to pick up the parts from the store. I thought he went to do something else. I don't have any negative thoughts for him because he didn't do anything wrong in particular. His explanation was that he couldn't carry all the parts in the truck.

This was a big deal purchase. What he said was causing it was when they installed this toilet they didn't, according to him, install some kind of metal weird ring that I don't know what he called because the flooring was taller. It is not leaking anymore so I guess I would say it was working okay. He really didn't tell me after looking at it what the costs were going to be until he actually finished it. He started doing everything and was doing all the work and I did not know what the bottom line was going to be. I would like to have known sooner. That was the only complaint I had. If I remember right he was on time. It is hard to remember exactly that long ago. Once he got into it he should have told me how much it was going to be for both parts and labor. That was the professional way to do it.

Kevin arrived early and nice as ever. This is the second time we have called H&K in an emergency and they come through without fail. Will always call again.

It went great. The owner was very personable and thoughtful. The work looks great and it was finished in little over half a day. I will definitely use H & K again and will refer them to family and friends.

He came out to my home and my husband showed him around. From the minute he came into my home he tried selling products to us rather then making any repairs. He took about 30 minutes trying to up-sell us rather than performing the jobs at hand. After he understood that we were not interested, he walked away to his truck supposedly to get his tools, and this took him about 20 minutes. Upon his return he took care of less than half of the jobs I asked of him because he said he couldn't repair them. Before the 2 hours were done he started packing and left. Overall, I felt like he took advantage of me.

Kevan was knowledgeable, professional and stood by his word re: quote, despite the fact that the job entailed more than we anticipated. He was prompt, considerate of our schedule and maintained a tidy environment as he worked. Upon completion of each project, Kevan vacuumed and left his work area picture perfect. I notice some reviews say he is expensive: We have hired less expensive plumbers and that is one reason Kevan had extra work to do: He cleaned up plumbing issues from years ago. In the long run, his service fee is justified by his experienc e and high standards. Kevan is our go-to plumber from this time on. In fact, I just gave his number to my sister.

Kevan was quick with response and did the job with no issues. Had a part I needed on his truck and everything was installed without a hitch. Kevan's 30 years of experience were apparent with his knowledge and professionalism.

Kevan arrived on time and happy. He educated me during each project and showed me what he was doing. He was very helpful to my bottom line in the fact that he suggested that I run and get parts that he would need instead of him supplying them off his truck at a higher price. He was friendly and efficient.

I would recommend the company over and over again. Great Service.

Kevan Delaney is a professional plumber, he is efficient. He is straight forward, and will answer all questions asked of him,. He is full of energy and is a good man. I will state that I will use him for all my future plumbing needs. It is refreshing to find a person who is up front with you and will be honest with you. i have watched him work and he is methodical and clean. I can say that i endorse this buisness 100 percent. It basically was like this....I told him what we needed and if possible by tomorrow morning. He mocked me and our previous plumbing company about the timeline necessary to do the job. Then he rudely started barking at me that he is the top rated plumber on Angie's List...I cannot see how with the treatment I received. I just paid for my one year membership today and believe I will be demanding my money back! If this is what Angie's List's top rated contractors are like I do better on my own. The conversation ended with him barking at me that he needed to go, he was on a job and needed to take care of his customers and would call me back later! HE CALLED ME!!!! Now all of the sudden he is inconvenienced? I will find a more professional company to do the work...this is why I despise ROC licensed contractors! They act like they are above everyone else, claim they are THE BEST in their trade and want their pockets lined with your money. I will stick to the unlicensed professionals that charge fair pricing and know how to treat people!

Kevin was willing to work on the weekend , so I didn't have to take time off from work. He was very personable and respectful. Prices on the extra parts I didn't have on hand seemed a bit high, however he used the parts I had on hand without complaint. Overall, I was very happy to get my sink reconnected and have a functional kitchen again. The parts price issue was very minor. Will certainly consider calling Kevin in the future for my plumbing needs.

I contacted the contractor right about closing time (5:30pm). They sent someone out within a half hour & did not charge for working after hours. The contractor was very friendly & explained the problem in simple terms. They did not try to sell me unnecessary services & the cost for the work done was very reasonable.

It went without any problems.

Nice job of cleaning the counter top stains caused by old fixtures, so the new fixtures looked nice.

This event took way too long over two days. I provided a picture of the valve before the first trip to our home. A job that should have taken a half hour (incuding paperwork) and I was charged 2 1/2 hours. I paid $280 for replacing a $30 part and only took actual replacement Time of 15 minutes.

Paid for the 2 hr service coupon. He finished in much less than that so he helped me finish a sink replacement I was working on. Very Polite. Extremely professional service, we will use them every time for our plumming needs.
