He kept telling us that we needed to have all of our plumbing work done and went on and on about how much it was going to be. He quoted us another $810. I told him no and then I called another plumber and then he did it for $160. We weren't happy with him either and he really liked himself. If someone tries to really upsell me, there is not much to like after that point. He was nice enough and friendly. Actually I was getting him a second job until he did the exact same thing and then I realized he was just him, and that's when I called somebody else. The work he did with the faucet was fine. The price was good.

H&K arrived on time, used a wet vacuum to contain any water, completed the job in about two hours, and did a complete clean up. Kevan (the owner) was friendly and very knowledgeable about the job, having serviced many of the same type of wall mounted toilets in the Sun City, AZ area. I highly recommend H&K for any plumbing job.

If you're looking for good plumber, I mean an experienced plumber that is HONEST, skilled, and a pleasure to have in your home, then look no further. I've used 3 plumbing outfits in Phoenix and H&K is the best. They are one of the very few contractors who will actually return phone calls, show-up on time, and keep you fully informed throughout the job. Kevan did a FANTASTIC job fixing our sink issues and installing new faucets for us. We had our sink separate from our countertop one night, and Kevan was able to come the next day to assess the job. He gave us a fair price, and came the next day to start fixing the issue right away. Apparently the individual who had installed the sink had done such a terrible job that Kevan said he had never seen such shoddy work. Our undermount sink was attached to our countertop with just silicone to seal the water and a couple wooden pieces glued to the countertop. Our dishwasher, unbeknownst to us, was also not even insulated and attached to our island! Kevan fixed it all in just a couple days, and the quality of his work is just stellar- we could tell that he was a true professional and very good at what he does. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kevan again, in fact he has become our preferred serviceman for these types of jobs. The service was fine. I think they charged more than the Big Deal cost for some parts or something that they needed. My husband took care most of it because he was here and I was at work. The work was fine and it has worked fine since. Basically, I would say that we were pleased with the service. I think he was on time. My husband did not have anything bad to say.

Kevan was extremely responsive in coming out as soon as he could. He had just returned home from a trip out of the country and had a lot of catch-up work to do. I asked for him to come early the next morning and he arrived more than 30 minutes earlier than we had planned, which was great in my mind. Kevan Delaney responded immediately to my phone call regarding another plumber's estimate of $1,700 to replace 12 feet of water line from the city connection to my home. The other plumber's estimate was for plastic pipe, not copper pipe. Mr. Delaney arrived within hours of my call and not only provided an estimate of $500 but completed the work in a timely manner using copper pipe. I am so very thankful for Mr. Delaney's integrity as well as his exceptional work, professionalism, and timely response! My house is older, with an odd size and corroded and there was difficulting installing the faucet. But just cost some time that is no fault of the installer. He used quality parts and made sure there was no leakage inside the cabinet when he changed the faucet. I purchased this with a "Big Deal" for 2 hrs work. They're straight time is also reasonable without the "Big Deal" I was extremely happy with this service and will use them again

He talked a lot, hung around talking for half an hour before he even began to work. Had to call him back because one installation leaked after he was gone. He said it wasn't his fault so I had to pay him again.

Indicated that faucets weren't properly fastened to wall structures. Had only seen cartridges this bad 3 times in his lang career. Offered to replace & secure both faucets for $1200+ following week. Due to the expense, I declined and indicated I'd call my home warranty company. Home warranty plumber (Pruett) replaced both cartridges and finished toilet work for just over $200.

We knew we needed a plumber for quite some time. We decided to jump on an Angie's List Big Deal which covered the first 2 hours of labor. Our 20 year old house still had all the builder grade supply lines and plastic shut off valves under the sinks and toilets and we wanted them replaced for safety sake and peace of mind. We had H&K Plumbing replace them with quality parts. Kevan Delaney is the owner/operator of H&K Plumbing. I was initially a little put-off by his phone manners but in-person, he is genuine and likable. He was clean and efficient and finished the job in 2.5 hours. We were pleased that he did not charge us a travel fee even though his shop is in Glendale and we are in Chandler.
