Description of Work: The first time Kevan came out he determined we needed a new part from the manufacturer. He said to contact them and they'd send one to us free of charge. He said he wasn't going to charge us until we got the part and he'd come back to install it for us. He said he'd come right out as soon as we called him and bump us to the top of the list so he could finish the job for us, which he did. Our experience w/Kevan couldn't have been better - a real class act!

Description of Work: 1. Rebuilt toilet - replaced everything in the tank. |2. Cleaned two drains. |3. Attempting to replace faucet stem that was leaking. They were unable to do this and we decided to stop. Instead, we will buy two new faucets to have them install. The additional cost was because they had a set price to rebuild the toilet. They allowed for the time built into the fixed price for the two hours we purchased for the Big Deal. The total time was 4.5 hours, so we paid for 2.5 hours labor additional plus the remaining cost of the toilet rebuild. The person that did the work was professional, personable and willing to explain the costs before he began and offered alternatives to doing the work. He was honest and we trusted him as a result. People need to be aware that the Big Deal was just for two hours of labor. It doesn't include any parts or fixed package prices such as for the toilet rebuild..

Description of Work: We had 2 separate problems one was the kitchen drain and the other was build up in the pipes that was causing the downstairs toilet to overflow. Both times Kevon was immediately responsive, fixed the problem and provided information on avoiding the issues in the future. I highly recommend!

Description of Work: This person did fix the problem with our sink by moving the hose so that the water flow would function properly, so I am happy with that. | |However, He then opened up our hot water heater and called me to say it was |in terrible need of repair or replacement. We had vacation renters there and |he unnecessarily scared them into believing it was a danger. | |He even conveyed to me that "They" the renters were concerned. | |I believe he was attempting to drum up more business for himself and would never use him again. | |BTW.. we had the hot water heater looked after that it was a minor issue, not a serious one.

Description of Work: Bought 2 hours of service from Angie's List. Provider was very knowledgeable, prompt and thorough.

Description of Work: He changed out a couple broke open valves, a water valve to the water dispenser to the fridge and the main shut off to the house. There were additional charges for additional parts/work so the angies list price for 2 hours work didnt really apply so I honestly can't say anything reletive to price. However, he was very professional, polite and cleaned up after himself and explained everything he was doing. So yes I would use him again, but as always, get quotes from competitors to ensure your gettting the right price every time.

Description of Work: Job was to replace the wax seal on a toilet. Didn't have the parts, left for over two hours to find parts and charged me for his time running around. Too expensive, took too long for the job. Feel over charged.

Description of Work: They removed my old tub and titles and replaced with a new tub and shower. Well done work. Very clean and neat. It went great.
