Description of Work: One service call: Repaired broken hot water valve in bathroom (no water coming out). Second service call: Replaced, installed and updated 1972 main water emergency turn/off turn/on valve in front of house. Very satisfied with quality and efficiency of work performed.

Description of Work: Gas line and water line for backyard additions. Quality of work was excellent and serviceman, who was also the owner, was very efficient and punctual in the performance of the work. Serviceman was also very accommodating in staging the work in conjunction with the rest of my renovation project, coordinating his work around other serviceman. He was very easy to work with.

Description of Work: I met with Kevan after explaining in detail my situation on the phone. He assured me that he dealt with seniors all the time snd it was not a new situation for him. He came to my home on a Friday to view my bathroom during which time I gave him a rough financial breakdown of payments by month.We discussed the situation of putting in a jacuzzi tub and if that became too costly than a deep soaking tub. He said he did not foresee a major problem and I had planned out about $6500 for the project over 18 months.However I never received a phone call from Kevan.I did received an email late on Tuesday stating that he needed $4000 in cash to even start the project as a downpayment. I was flabbergasted; he knew that I did not have that kind of money. He did not have the courtesy to face me as a man and discuss options or to tell me he just did not want the job.

Description of Work: Kevan arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced which took some extra effort due to the age of my home and the configuration of the sink. I also needed my master bath shower/tub/hand shower fixtures rebuilt and now everything works like new. He needed to find the parts for a rebuild of my other bath diverter and is coming back to put that in. Description of Work: Rebuilt all the faucets, replaced several water lines, and improved drainage. Helped diagnos my soft water system was not working.

Description of Work: I called Kevan Monday morning and was punctual, honest, knowledgebal and straight forward. Came out the next day and called me at 7:00 am and was at home at 7:45. Did not pressure us or wasn't out to get our money. Very professional and treated with much respect! A + service & will definetly go back to him:)

Description of Work: Replaced stall shower handle and temperature control mechanism. Replaced tub handle and shower head in second bath. Tried to install new toilet but msrble shelf above was too low so he reinstalled old toilet that he had rebuilt so good as new. Mark arrived on time and worked very efficently. He is an extremely friendly young man and explained everything in detail as he went along. The cost was what he had estimated. Would highly recommend H&K, especially Mark.

Description of Work: Kevan was fantastic. He came on time. Explained everything as he was doing it. My daughter bought a house and the tub drain was broken and corroded. It wasn't something we could fix. He had to cut a whole in the wall to get to it because there were no clean out drains. He made sure there were no leaks under the tub and that everything worked perfectly. When he was done he put in extra supports and replaced the drywall. He was thorough and reasonalbe in his pricing. We will always use H&K Plumbing.

Description of Work: The service entailed installing bathroom faucets (2) and diagnosing a problem with a temperature balance valve. I think H&K plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to watch and ask questions while the work was being performed. Overall, this has been one of my best plumbing experiences and I appreciated the training level for the individual sent to do the work. Do's - have any equipment that you need installed before the work is done...allows the work to be done quickly.

Description of Work: Adjusted water heater settings and cleared some drains.

Description of Work: We had bought a hot water recirculating pump and had the plumber install it, we also had the plumber flush the water heater and he did good job of that. He took off the old valve and installed a large ball valve with connection for a hose the old valve has such a small opening in it that’s why it took so long to drain now it’s just a few minutes.

Description of Work: I had a 40 year old toilet that needed replaced and I knew I wouldn't be able to do it. Kevan came out and made it look simple to do but I could tell it wasn't. Let's just say that he is NOW my ONLY plumber. I was so impressed with him that I've already ordered (and received) materials for my master bath and he will be doing ALL the work. I am so impressed with my Angies List experience that I've turned other family and friends onto it. The whole experience with ALL of my service companies I use through Angies List has been nothing short of AWESOME!!!!!!!!
