Golden's Good Air

I am moving into a new home and Golden's duct cleaning is a MUST. I'm not considering a 2nd option. These guys are the best!

Charles and co-worker cleaned and sanitized air ducts and air handler in my condo unit. They arrived on time, were very professional and left with everything clean. First time air ducts were cleaned since condo was constructed about 15 yrs ago and quality of the air was noticeably improved when cleaning process was completed. Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend Golden's Good Air.

Mr. Golden came out with his assistant and fixed it right away. Both guys were super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The job was probably more than they had expected, but the price was what he quoted! It looked like quite a mess, but they didn't leave a single trace of lint behind. I highly recommend this company! They will be the first call I make when i need this kind of help again.

Very professional, did an exception job!!

Charles, the owner of this small business, came out and spent over 3 hours cleaning the ducts on my ~1700sq ft. house. I was always weary of doing this, but Charles and his crew put my concerns to rest. They thoroughly went through removing and cleaning every register in the house. Charles personally went through cleaning my air conditioner. They then sealed my ducts, and using a huge vaccum, sucked out the crap in my system while going through every duct with a snake-like spinning brush. Following that, they used a fogger to further clean the ducts. They then wiped down as far as they could in each register. Charles, the owner, does the majority of the work, and he is incredibly meticulous. He showed me before and after and I was really surprised at first, how much garbage was in my ducts, and second, how well they were able to clean the system. In addition, Charles and his crew made sure there was no mess afterwards, as they cleaned up behind themselves very well (including vacuuming). The difference so far has been remarkable. I really enjoy supporting small business, and I recommend Charles and his team without any reservations. They are beyond excellent.

Great company. The technician that came out was very professional and courteous. We also talked about air vent cleaning and realized that we hadn't had them cleaned since we moved into the house, over 7 years ago. So we scheduled that service. They were on-time and professional. The air vents work much better now!! I would definitely recommend them!

I called Golden's Good Air at 8:00 AM this morning because my dryer was not drying well and a warning light was displayed to check the vent. Although they were booked the lady that answered the phone said they would try to fit me in at the end of the day. Charles Golden arrived at my house at 6:00 PM and was efficient, professional and cleaned my vent and got my dryer working! He didn't leave until he ensured the area was clean. I was given the Angies list discount and I would use this provider again.

They were very punctual and friendly. He showed me what he was going to do and explained the process to me and gave lots of tips. At the end of service, he did a walk-through with me to make sure I was pleased with everything and suggested little fixes for pre-existing conditions. He made sure I was completely happy with everything before I left. I couldn't be more pleased with the way things went!

Excellent experience! Very nice and helpful! Answered all my questions and removed the wire screen from the top of my dryer vent on the roof that could have started a fire if left in place.

Charles and associate arrived on time, after calling ahead of time to assure their arrival. They removed all the vents, cleaned them and put them back. They also cleaned the exhaust vents in the bathrooms and cleaned out the dryer vent. They covered everything below the vents to prevent dust and dirt falling on furniture, etc. They did a very thorough job and were courteous and worked efficiently. I can understand why they have so many A ratings and plus comments from Angie users. They were great! For sure, they'll do the job the next time.

It went well. It took a lot less time than I thought it would. My ducts were really really dirty and now they are clean.

Overall they did a good job. In all, they were very courteous. They didn't take any breaks. They did the work in a workman like manner. The only thing they forgot was bits and pieces of debris.

The service went okay. They were very responsive and came out right away. They came out as scheduled. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 15 minutes. They were efficient and neat in their work. They did a really good job.

The team showed up on time and were very professional. They explained what they were going to do and got it done efficiently and well. They even cleaned the drain pan for my AC while they were up in the attic checking it out. Not only would I recommend them and use them again, I already had them come out and do another service (dryer vent clearing) as well.

Let me start by saying that this is a very good company. Prices are fair, they are honest and do a professional job. All I can think of is service that you would expect 50 years ago when people took pride in their work. Charles is a consummate pro, he knows his stuff. Call them and give them a try. Prices are fair for their work. If you want something done right the first time, call them.

I called and requested a bid and stated that they would have to get permission from the property management company to do the work. They made the arrangements and call me back to schedule. They showed up on time and performed the work. Very easy to deal with.
