Charles was prompt in calling me back. He arrived on time and was helpful in explaining to me what his chimney sweep and dryer cleaning entailed. His wife is his helper and very efficient as well. They both worked in a timely manner and got the job done without any residue or dust. I was nicely surprised at how more efficient my older model dryer worked after their service. I have not used the fireplace yet but feel confident that it will work properly and safely.

The service provider showed up at the scheduled time and the whole process lasted less than 2 hours. We were extremely satisfied with the service.

Very well. We had moved into this house 3 years ago, and the vent had never been cleaned. They arrived, cleaned the vent. The procedure took approximately 3 hours. Our dryer works so good now!

It was the first time I had used him. He came right out and cleaned the chimney. He was on time. He did a good job cleaning up.

Charles and his wife, Paula, came on time and they prepared the area immediately and began inspection. Cracks were found both in the fireplace and at the top of the chimney stack. Charles gave me the cost of sealing the cracks and told me a cap was needed on the chimney. His charges were reasonable so I said to go ahead. Charles and Paula took about two hours total, then they cleaned up the area and left. They were both very professional and easy people to talk with and do business with as well.

It went great! They called FAST after the Big Deal was purchased. And they called again a few months later after I didn't contact them to schedule. They arrived right on time and were extremely thorough and VERY, VERY careful about not getting soot into the house. I expected at least a LITTLE, considering the work, but nooope. They were very helpful in explaining what they found, and with suggestions on keeping the fireplace safe. They were great. We'll definitely use them again!

Crew showed up on time. Was very thorough and efficient. There was 4to 5 people there to perform work. I had 18 air ducts to be cleaned and I added the cleaning of air handler upon company recommendation. Also added dryer vent too. They were very clean and courteous and performed job in timely mannor. I believe they did a quality job and would use again. I purchased their service on the big deal promotion for $249 but spent about $500 with addition air ducts and air handler and dryer vent.

It went very well. In fact, Charles suggested that he also clean out the back of the dryer since that had not been cleaned either and would be best if it was all cleaned out rather than just the vent. He also cleaned up the whole thing.

They got to the house on time, were professional, didn't try to upsell us, and gave us some good tips. Overall, we were happy.

Mr. Golden did the job himself. He climbed our roof (2 story).He was knowledgable and gave us some advice on how to keep birds from falling down our chimney as well as other safety tips. He was fast, promp,t and thorough.

Purchased dryer vent cleaning from an Angies List special, they responded promptly to schedule a time. They arrived as scheduled, performed the work completely as it was not an easy job as the dryer vents to the roof, and made sure everything was in working order before they left. Prompt, professional, got the job done.

It started great - he was good at returning calls - he showed up when he said he would - all top notch.I have no complaints about the repairs he made or even the cost. My ONLY complaint is that when he came to do the work, and I mentioned I might need a cap - he went ahead and did the work on the cap (the bulk of the cost) without asking me or quoting me a price - I just got a bill. Now - in the end, I was willing to spend about that to get everything done, but I was still a little annoyed that the work was done without a quote or clearance. Again - the work was top notch, and I am NOTHING but pleased.

15 vents and ducts cleaned for the firest time since house built in 1968. Charles and his wife came at 8:00 am as scheduled, with their enormous vacuum, conneded it to our system, removed all the vents, plugged them with sponge material and vacuumed the entire system while they scoured out all of the aire conditioneing ducts from end to end with a rotating brush with flexible bristles like a string trimmer that reached all of the crevices in the ducts. While Charles cleaned the ducts, his wife cleanted all of the vents. they sanitized and deodorized the entire system. They finished everything and cleaned up and left just before noon. I examined the ducts after they left and they gleamed like new. $304 well spent and excellent service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Family-run small business. Charles and his wife came out and cleaned the grimy air ducts, roof AC unit, and roof evap unit in a very dusty and dirty former foreclosure. Good job on the cleaning, conscientious about minimizing dust in rest of the house. The water was off that day and they were able to improvise and innovate to get the job done.

One of the first things the team did was close the laundry room door so none of the mess would travel through the rest of our home. (One member of the team went on the roof to completely clear out the venting.) I did peek in while they were working and I could not believe the MOUNDS of lint that had accumulated. They removed the entire mess and put my laundry back in order. I was very impressed with the thorough clean-up job they did. And, just a side note, the dryer time of my laundry significantly decreased after this cleaning!

My dryer vent was clogged for at least a year and had been allowing the dryer to vent inside my garage - talk about HOT! My boyfriend called Golden Dryer and spoke to Charles and scheduled an appointment to come clean the vent. After mentioning we located Charle's company on Angie's list, the price dropped $10 making it $89 for the service! Charles was prompt, called before he arrived, and was friendly while doing the work. He vacuumed behind the dryer and wall and cleaned up the birds nest along with all the lint that was snaked out during the cleaning. Hooked up the exhaust hose that I had for an extra $5 and gave it a test run - SUCCESS!!! Air flow was just like new! Thank you Charles for your hard and courteous service!

I called this company a few min after they closed to schedule an appointment. I expected to get an answering machine but was pleasantly surprised to get the owner. He was extremely accommodating scheduled time to come out and arrived right on time and did an excellent job. I would not only use this company again but recommend it highly to others.
