Overall I was happy with the work ; while they were here performing the service they also did some maintenance on the dryer door vent for an extra charge. My dryer now works and finishes a load in less than half the time. Service outside of the zone was an additional $30 and I thought that was steep.

Showed up a little late but didi a god job.

This husband and wife team arrived ready to work. They were courteous, helpful and left the work area clean. They informed me of other services they offered in an informal and friendly manner. I will definitely use their services again!

Very professional and didn't try to sell us any other services. He was very responsive - would have come out even sooner but it was late in the afternoon when we spoke and we weren't in that big of a hurry. He cleaned up any floating lint that came from the cleaning. We were very pleased with his service and will use him again.

It was easy to set up an appointment, and they kept me informed as to when they would arrive. They arrived on time, completed the work as requested and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service and their professionalism.

The owner and his wife came over for a chimney sweep which had been offered on Angie's List. I had mentioned that I would be interested in having my dryer vent cleaned as well. They arrived a little bit late, but had called me to let me know of that fact ahead of time. They were extremely courteous and careful to lay tarp so that ash did not get all over the house. They found a crack in the fireplace which they offered to repair. They then cleaned out the dryer vent for me. Only thing was that they forgot I had an Angles List Deal when they made the invoice, but when I reminded them of the fact, they changed it quite rapidly.

Excellent - fast, professional. Plan to have them back for air duct cleaning.

At first we had a hard time finding a date that worked for both of us. But the Owner kept offering days and finally we found one that worked for both of us. he did the work quickly and completely. I am very satisfied and would recommend them to my friends.

It went Great!! Charles was a very professional and polite man. He completed his inspection and informed us of a crack on the top of the chimeny and was able to repair it quickly.

Golden Dryer Vent did a very professional and thorough job cleaning out vent of the rental house we are in. I am sure the owners have never done this. He explained the importance of cleaning out the dryer vent as well as the dryer itself. Excellent job of clean up too.

This service was performed quickly and professionally. There was considerable blockage of my vent...even a piece of paper was removed from the first few inches. The time it takes to dry clothes has been reduced as a result.

iAfter initial contact, I didn't hear anything about scheduling so I had to email. I did get an appointment for the very next day which was great. They were late (did call a few minutes after the appointment time to tell me) but in the end, a very nice couple and did a good job -- professional and fast. It alleviated my concern over any possible future dryer vent fire. Will use again.

They weren't aware that I had a gas fireplace, which surprised me. They were helpful and showed me what to do with the workings of my fireplace. They were thorough and I was happy with their work.
