Golden's Good Air

Once Mr. Golden arrived I asked him about something I had noticed in my dryer. For only $45 he and his wife opened up the dryer and cleaned it completely and fixed my little issue. The vents he said were very full of lint and he was surprised that I had not smelled any burning as the lint that had accumulated around the motor was singed. I will definitely use him again.

I thought they'd also clean the actual dryer vent but only covered the outside vent but they climbed on the roof and fixed the vent so it wouldn't get stopped up.

Golden Dryer Vent and Chimney Sweep did a very good job. I called at a busy time and they were good at responding and came out in good time. He was on time and he did a good job, he was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing. He gave me a business card that listed other services that they provide but he didn't try and selling any of those to me. He cleaned up after himself and made sure there was no mess.

It went smooth, from the moment I called Charles to the moment it was finished. I also asked Charles if he would honor the $109 price they had previously on Chimney Sweeping. The workers were great. They also showed me a crack in my fireplace and fixed it in no time for a small additional charge.

Charles came out to clean my dryer vent, and also removed the back of my dryer and cleaned lint out from inside there. They also cleaned our chimney. They were VERY prompt, friendly, and did a great job. We have already made an appt for them to come out and take a look at our AC/Heating system.

Golden dryer and event showed up on time and was very courteous from the start. They came in and quarantined off the area to ensure there was no creosote that escaped from the cleaning. When they were finished they wrapped everything up reviewed the service that they performed. They left the house clean and neat as one would expect.

I had a great experience with CHarles Golden. He came out to clean out a dryer vent at one of my rental properties, as the dryer was not working property and when he was out there I asked him to quote me on cleaning the fireplace (chimney sweep). He came back with a quote quickly after completing the first service (dryer vent) and noticed a few other things that could be replaced if I wanted to do it (the chimney cap was missing on the roof as well as the grate that was in the fireplace was not appropriate). Since I"ve had various renters throughout the years, I really appreciated him noticing that and giving me the option to replace those, which I did. After he completed the chimney sweep job he called me to let me know everything was done. Normally I have to call and check on service companies to see what the status is and he was proactive with me which I sincerely appreciate. He was prompt, easy to deal with (I handled this all through the phone and never met him in person, as I had tenants at the property) and he made it very clear/easy/sent me the bill via email and got it done. He was literally out to the house a day or 2 if even that, after I called, he was really quick! He was so good that I hired him last week to do another dryer vent cleaning and will be my "go to company" for chimney sweeps and dryer vent cleaning.

Charles worked hard and completed all the work in approximately 4 hours. The chimney looks great. I have already recommended him to others and will be using him for dryer vent and air duct cleaning very soon.

They use a regular shop vac to clean out the dryer vent and lint basket. They even go up on the roof to ensure the dryer is venting properly. The whole experience was painless. I would defintely recommend them to anyone.
