Golden's Good Air

Supervisor was friendly, and the work was done quickly. My one complaint is that there seemed to be more people along (one he introduced as a trainee) than the work needed. I don't know what that was about, but I would have like d to be introduced to the other two, and let know why they were there.

Great service. I called in the morning and they happened to be in my area. Within a few hours of me calling, they were at my home and completed the dryer vent service efficiently. The crew was polite, punctual and knowledgeable.

I appreciated the effort and explanation of how things worked.

They were very responsive the first day. When they rescheduled to back for the service, they gave me a two hour window but they didn't show up and didn't call. They ended up showing up half an hour outside of that two hour window. They didn't call me. I just happened to come home when they were parking on the drive way. They ended up doing the work on the day that they said they would but, it is hard to get through a window without getting a call if they are going to be late. They were responsive.

We were very impressed with Golden's professionalism and service. They called the day before to re-confirm the appointment, and arrived promptly on time the day of service. The two technicians were very careful during the cleaning, taking extra care to keep our new carpet from getting dirty. In the end, the fireplace was clean & tidy and the inspection of the flu/chimney/cap showed that everything was in good working order. They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one. We will definitely look to Golden's again when the time comes for our next cleaning and inspection!

The property where the service was performed is a rental unit; therefore, I was not there to observe. However, my renter advised that they were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. The provider was referred to me by my appliance repair service as I though we had a problem with the dryer not drying the clothes properly. I was advised that the dryer was in excellent condition; however, the vents were in dire need of cleaning -- it was to the point of a fire hazard. I was happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

They did a good job. They showed up on time and took care of it pretty quick and everything seems good.

Angie's List reviews have?worked again! Charles and Paula (C&P)?arrived on time. Immediately I felt comfortable with the way they introduced themselves and began the services (my dog approved as well). My house is 30 years old and my Wife and I have lived in the house for 15 years. We have never had the vents?cleaned so it was long overdue. C&P meticulously cleaned each vent and ductwork. Right away my wife and I could smell the difference in the air quality. I actually had to adjust the temperature of my AC unit because more cool air was entering my home. Can you say "electricity cost savings"? People...get your dryer vents cleaned!. C&P sucked up dog hair and lent that was unbelievable. House fire in the making. Simply put. Golden's Good Air does the services you hire them to do. They do it exceptionally well. There are no "add on" costs for services you didn't request. There were suggestions for additional services, such as the bathroom fans, but there was no pressure. I didn't feel like I was being coerced into making a decision for something that we didn't need. Bottom line. Hire them. You won't be disappointed.

Very well and excellent customer service

Excellent, trustworthy people. They took care of my rental house directly with the tenant, kept me updated and billed me after we were 100% complete. No extra charges or trying to sell me anything. Yes you can trust them.

They cleaned all my vents. The staff was very friendly. They did great work.

The guys who came were professional, completed the job fast and were very nice. We will use them again for sure!!

They were excellent. There's a vent on the outside and my house is almost 20 years old and they blew stuff from out there too. The cap had blown off so we had them put in a new vent. he asked if we had house paint and he got on the ladder and repainted it for us. They charged an additional $99, it took him about an hour. He painted the vent area so that it didn't stand out. It as my first time using their services. They were three people, everybody was working and they knew what they were doing. They were very polite, if I had a question they would stop and answer my question. I asked for a couple of cards from these guys because if anybody asked me I would give them their cards. The price wasn't out of range. I have a dog and one of the guys introduced himself to the dog because the dog was kind of nervous. He patted him for a few minutes to calm him down so my dog just sat on the floor and watched them the whole time. I would use them again in the future.

I was very happy with him. In fact I did call him back when I needed another service. I used it before I moved out of my old house to have the vents cleaned. There were additional fees on top of the 59 dollar big deal because I needed something else done with the dryer vent. He actually had to reconfigure the dryer vent for me. It wasn't venting properly. He was really good with that. He was very helpful. I liked that he was very pleasant, very good attitude, and very knowledgeable. This was a problem that other people hadn't been able to fix and he was able to fix it for me.

I have used Golden services for my dryer, my air ducts, and my . Fireplace. They are simply the best! My highest recommendation

Talk about a professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning out the ducts. Well worth the investment. The air smells much cleaner now. If you need your ducts cleaned, definitely call Charles.
