The gentleman that came was good. He was also friendly.

They did a great job, the painter we were using suggested that we have the system cleaned before he painted. The company came out did the service. We were very satisfied with the work.

The service done for me by Golden's Good Air - Dryer Vent and Chim-Swp-Air Duct went excellent.

The experience with them was great. It was $59 deal. I liked that they were on time and they were efficient. They did the job and they took off the screws and showed us the fire hazard and the situation we were in. They knew what they were doing. They did it efficiently.

I originally only called for a $199 vent / duct cleaning. When they got there I have a lot of stuff that needs done so I asked for a deal on a chimney / dryer vent cleaning. He offered me a chimney cap since I didn't have one and put it on and while doing that noticed my concrete was all cracked out ( no not an upsale ) I was already aware it had just slipped my mind that it did need to be done. When he finished putting it on he showed me before and after pictures of his work on the chimney. Pretty much he made my place way more livable for under $500. There was a dead bird that he had to fish out my chimney, he didn't charge me extra when I went over 10 vents, He cleaned my coils since they really really needed it. All services were done very well. He was not only on time, But when I asked if he was going to be on time or if the appointment may have slipped his mind he asked if it was ok if he showed up 15 minutes early. Great service, Great prices, and on time. Any issues I have that this company services I will be calling them from now on. When they left the air smelled awesome. Btw that $199 deal is unbelievably good I told my ac guy and he said it had to be a scam that it was way to cheap lol they almost scared me out of getting the service. If they only knew how much more service I got for $300 more. The ducts were shining clean when you looked into them with no vent when the service was done. I was concerned I got over priced on the additional work, But then I googled the price of a chimney cap installed and everyone was saying $250 was about the normal price... I got such a good deal!

Staff arrived on time and performed work quickly and cleaned up well after finished.

Golden's Good Air provided exceptional service. They were very professional, punctual, courteous and everything you would expect from good customer service. Their service left my new purchase, 34 year old home smelling and feeling like a brand new home. They cleaned up so well after the service was complete that no one would have known they were ever there. I highly recommend haveing the duct work cleaned and I highly recommend Golden's Good Air to perform this service . It makes such a huge, noticable difference in the air quality of your home.

Over all went OK. Did not like the answer I got when asked them to use hard-sided duct materials. I've had a dryer fire in my past; which is why I hired them to connect things to begin with. I want it done right; and I've been told by many that hard-sided ducting is the way to go.

Arrived 20 minutes early because he misplaced his phone and couldn't call us. I had initially thought the Deal included cleaning the inside of the dryer. Previous providers had done this as part of their service. He did this for additional charge. Overall, he got the job done but the communication issues of scope and timeliness brought this A- to a B.

Lance is an expert, I highly recommend him. He works miracles on stained carpeting. He restores it as if it was new. Laurie

They were very punctual and professional. I was starting to paint the walls and they didn't mess them up at all. They cleaned up after themselves and were even great about explaining everything they were doing. After they were done, the cigarette smell had been reduced as well as the dog smell. (Previous owners smoked and had two dogs.) The change was wonderful!

Charles was booked to do the duct cleaning about a week ahead of time. He called the day of the cleaning two hours before the appointment and said he is tied up with an unexpected large job and ask us permission if he sent his two helpers instead. We said we wanted him here, he countered he can be there to start the job off and make sure his helpers understood our concern of damaging the air ducts. The two workers stayed and cleaned the ducts and dryer vent efficiently and professionally, cleaning up after themselves promptly. Charles then had to leave after about 15 minutes. One vent cover had a hex head instead of the wide phiips screw heads, the worker offered to swap it out so it looks like the others. After a few minutes, I noticed it was black phillips head. I then ask him why black, he said he did not have white. So I dug up two philips white screw head and he gladly replaced them for me. This shows good customer focused but also shows that the customer needs to monitor the work closely. Overall, I would recommend Charles to clean ducts. Good prompt clean work at a fair price.

I just had them come out and they were really good. They were really exceptional. They got rid of the cigarette smell or the majority of it. I am really happy. I thought that they were a little high, but for the work they did, I thought it was fine. He did what he told me they would do. I will use them again.

I reported this once before in more detail, but there weere very good , arrived on time and did exactly what they said the would do.

Charles was great. I called him on a Sunday morning, just thinking I would be leaving a message. He answered the phone promptly and told me he usually just does paperwork on Sundays. We are selling our previous residence, and a home inspection revealed that the dryer vent was open into the attic and wasn't properly vented to the outside. A fire hazard for sure. We needed to get this repair done ASAP so that we can close escrow. He mentioned that he was very busy the upcoming week, however he said he could come out that morning to do the repair. He did the job for a lot less than we would expect at the last minute as well as on a Sunday. I will be purchasing an online deal to get my dryer vents cleaned by him at our new home.

The coupon was expired but he said he would still honor the price anyway which I was really impressed about. He did a good job, cleaned up after himself and I would definitely recommend him.

It was perfect. He came on time, cleaned the vent and was gone. There were no additional services or repairs. It was a good deal and he did a great job.

They are very nice. Their services were very very good. As it happened I called the gentleman he was in the area and he came by within an half an hour. He was very workman like and just did the work very quickly and got the job done and probably saved me from buying a new dryer because I was just about to go out and buy one. It works so much more efficiently when they cleaned the vent and I am very pleased with it. I would use them again in the future.

Mr. Golden arrived exactly when expected. He was courteous and professional. He and his daughter began assessing the job right away. I was clearly informed of my service options by Mr. Golden. They worked quickly and respectfully in my home. The price was very fair for the great job they did. My dryer has not worked this well in 8 years. I also have peace of mind that my dryer is no longer a fire hazard. I will defiantly use them again.
