There was no problem with the service provider. It was a scheduling conflict on my part and I will be rescheduling the service provider in the future. They were courteous and understanding when I had to cancel.

Very satisfactory. He took time to talk to my husband about why dryer vents needed cleaning and how often and problems that occur if they are not maintained. (Our dryer had not been working for several weeks/months and I could not convince my husband that this was the reason. Clothes were not getting dry in a reasonable amount of time and he was sure it was the dryer.) It is about time for us to call again and have the vent cleaned again.

They did a thorough and complete job. Very professional.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's list for my folks. Overall my folks reported the service was fine; however, they noticed leftover dust in the kitchen where they had the machine sitting.

8-21-2013 = I asked for our 12 air vents cleaned, and the system works much better, and does not run as often while keeping the same temperature setting, night and day, on the thermostat. My eyes no longer burn and tear because the indoor air quality is improved. Mr. Golden also did a chimney sweep for the front room wood burner, and shortened and cleaned the clothes dryer vent so that it is now more efficient, while I was awed by the fact that they continued to work nonstop for five hours; they were professional, pleasant, and respectful to one another and to me when I asked questions. They CLEANED-UP, vacuumed and hand swept putting collected dust, debris, and particles in their garbage bags that they disposed of, and asked me to do a WALK-THROUGH with them throughout our two floors, three bedrooms, and the two bathrooms with exhaust fans that were cleaned, too. Mr. Golden and Robert, were fantastic. Quick, clean and very professional

I used Golden first to clean my dryer vent at my home, they did a excellent job the men who provided the service were on time clean and respectfull to my wife. I used them a second time to clean the air ducts at a rental property and Charles worked around my schedule and came out on a sunday. Charles along with a helper did the work and they showed up on time left the house clean. I would definetly use them again.

I was very impressed. The team was very punctual, courteous, explained how they were to do job, provided a time estimate, (completed in less time than forecast) and cleaned up after they were finished. Also did a walk through with me upon completion to ensure I was satisfied.

Once we finally got connected, it worked out fine. I was very happy with the work they did. They were in schedule and he cleaned up after himself. It was a good experience. I was expecting a call from them and he didn't happen. It was the company owner that came out and did my work and I was very happy to hear that.

Charles Golden and assistant did a thorough and professional job with the ducts. They were quite filthy. Home was a new purchase. Home built in 1974, and seemed ducts were never cleaned. It was a relief to have ducts sanitized. Quality of air much better. Would definitely recommend Golden's services.

You should know that vent and duct cleaning services are very specialized and my experience is that most all of those offering these services are not competent, not honest, not experienced, and have little or no proper equipment. So I took the plunge with Golden's Good Air Duct Services because he was highly rated and an Angie's Deal to boot. WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Owner Charles Golden, with his very capable assistant Robert, came to perform the job (the Owner of the Company, not an hourly employee). On time, professional, HONEST, (let me say that again, HONEST) and they had the proper equipment, negative air pressure machines, duct scrubbers, everything. My home hadn't been duct cleaned in 20 years! They cleaned the entire system and that means all the duct runs thoroughly - most companies don't. Chuck also pointed out the necessity to clean my dryer vent, and my dryer itself. I had no idea so much lint had accumulated - a serious fire hazard he detected. Polite, respectful, honest . . . both owner Charles and Robert treated my home like their own. And when they left, asking if they could do anything else, you couldn't even tell they had been here. This is the company for Duct and Register complete cleaning. Thanks Charles and Robert . . .

They did a good job. He had to put his vacuum cleaner in there and it filled his vacuum cleaner full of stuff so it worked good. He was quick, efficient, courteous and he did a good job. He was showing me what he was doing while he was doing it and he even had to get up on the roof to run a brush down to the vent from the top. It was great. No problems for me. We'd call them again if the problem happens again. I don't know how long this will last but we'll call them again. I paid the exact cost of the deal.

Great experience. The gentlemen were polite, punctual, and did a fantastic job.

Very professional. Laid a sheet over the fireplace to prevent dirt from getting on floor. Put covering over the face of the fireplace so nothing would come into the room. Proceeded to clean the chimney and the entire inside of the fireplace. Cleaned up all chimney soot and removed fireplace covering along with the protective sheet.

They showed up during the time they said they would be there and did a great job. They were very professional towards me and towards each other. It was a two man team and both men were very friendly and professional. They worked hard the whole three hours they were at my house. It took about 3 weeks to get a Saturday appointment but I bought the services while they were running a special on Angie's list and I did need a weekend so I can understand the wait. I would call Charlie's again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone.

We had purchased a big deal, and the service turned out really good. I would recommend them, in fact I plan on using them again.

The techs called to say they were running a little late. Upon arrival, both were very friendly, polite and clean-cut. They got right to work and were finished in 30-45 minutes. They cleaned up the laundry room, tested the dryer, and asked if there was anything they could do to make the service call better. I'd recommend this company to others . . . great techs and quality service at a fair price.

They were punctual and courteous. They probably did more work because they showed me that something had leaked in the dryer. There were two workers and one of the workers took the time to scrape it out and did not charge me extra too. They suggested that to get better air flow I could get a shorter vent as well.

We were honestly so surprised at the professionalism and thorough work that was done at our office. Even though our business was, of necessity, open at the time, they managed to do an enormous amount of work with little noise, confusion, disruption, or mess. We no longer expect the kind of quality of service they performed, especially at a reasonable price. We are completely sold on their service, knowledge, and excellence. We cannot say enough good about them. We highly recommend them. We have had competitors in their line of work in the past, and there is no comparison.11565

Service was performed to my satisfaction on cleaning the dryer and he brought to my attention that my dryer hose needed to be replaced due to damage from a recent remodel and the dryer being moved several times.

Provider cleaned my clogged dryer vent. When he left, the dryer vent was unclogged and appliance worked. 2 days later it was clogged again. On attempt to schedule a follow-up visit, service provider was very attentive and we worked out 2 different times to come repair the clog. Both times, I called ahead and had to re-schedule due to changing schedule. After that, the service provider no longer would respond to phone calls or emails. In the end, I hired a 2nd service provider and the work was completed and continues to work.
