I purchased a big deal for this company. My husband dealt with them. As far as I know everything was okay.

They were very polite. It took them about an hour to do the whole service. They seemed trust-worthy, competent and very professional. I will definitely be using them each year to perform this service. I was so impressed Mr. Golden that we will be using them to clean out our air ducts as well.

Golden's Good Air provided excellent service for a competitive price. I called a few of the other companies that provide the same service and Golden's ended up being cheaper. I don't necessarily always go with the lowest cost provider but in this case I did because their ratings were also stellar. On the day of the cleaning my truck blew a flat tire and I was going to be late getting back to my house. I called them up and they rescheduled for 1 hour later without any issues or complaints. The service itself was very thorough. My vents were very, very dirty because I had never had them cleaned in the 11 years I've lived in this house. They easily spent three and half hours meticulously cleaning each vent, detaching the plating around the vent, washing each plate etc. I elected to have the air handler up in our attic cleaned as well and that service added an extra $100 to my bill. However, as I sit here and type this I can actually feel the air blowing on me. Whatever they did up there it has improved quantity of air coming out of the vents. I can only assume the air quality in the house is much better as well, although I have no way of measuring it. I will use Golden's again when the time comes.

They were really good. They were friendly and did the job very quickly which I was impressed with. They did my fireplace so well that there was no ash or dirt got on my floor. I was very impressed for getting my chimney cleaned....there was no big mess.

They came out and arrived at the scheduled time, very professional. Explained what they were doing and looking for. Did a wonderful job getting the drier vent cleaned. I would recommend them, in fact I already have past out 2 of their business cards to my co-workers. I am also having them back to clean my air conditioning vents and the fireplace. Very Happy =)

It was okay. They attempted to do a really good job. They were professional.

It's a two-men crew and they certainly knew what they were doing, they didn't take very long and they even stopped and explained to me how it worked and what they're doing. I actually watched them work and it's a pretty typical service for them and nothing went wrong. They were on time, didn't take them long and everything had been great. There's nothing negative, it was all positive and I would use them again. They were very careful walking on the tiles on the roof, you can tell that they take precaution and it worked well with the team and they are very friendly. We haven't had them cleaned up since probably 2004 when we moved in so they cleaned all the lint and anything else that was stuck in there, and we have one that goes to the roof so they get up on the roof and did it. I happened to leave towards the end so my wife took care of the bill. They actually came the wrong day, they came a day early so the person on the phone set it up and next thing I know they are ringing our doorbell. We just happened to be at home so we went ahead and took care of it. We called them while they're here to cancel the next day so we didn't want them to come again because we knew it was a wrong day and the guy on the phone, I guess the owner, he apologized and even offered to give us a part that we needed for free, it was like $20-part that we needed or could have replaced, kind of like the filter or something like that. That's one thing that's kind of funny but we didn't mind because they handled it fine and they did a good job. It was just fortunate that my wife and I were home. The comparison price that I did was about the same.

This worked out fine. My tenants used the Big Deal and they have not told me about any complaints about the work or scheduling.

I was very pleased with the courteous service. They arrived on time and went right to work on the air ducts. Their work was done in a professionall manner. They took good measures to prevent major dust and debris from entering the house. Afterwards they took time to clean up the small amounts of incidental debris. They were also very conscientious about keeping the door closed so my pets didn't get loose. As they were working on the air ducts, I asked about the Angie's List sale on dryer vents they were offering. They were able to fit me in while they were here which I really appreciated. We found the sleeve leading to the vent had been crushed behind the washer and the vent was stuck open due to all the built up lint. It was a fire hazard I didn't even know existed. They were able to replace the parts damaged in short order. I would definitely use them again.

Provider arrived early (called first to confirm). Was clean, curteous, and professional. Provided services without any problems.

Cleaned it all out and discovered an outside vent is needed which we decided to have done at a later date.

He was very professional. He lit a fire in the fireplace to determine if it was drawing correctly. He checked the function of the flue. He seemed honest in his appraisal of the condition of the fireplace. We had just bought the house, so we wanted to make sure it was safe to use. He said that the fireplace had not been used mush and did not require cleaning.

He was very professional, He spread out tarps to keep everything clean. He and his co-worker used a large shop vac to clean up all soot while the chimney was being swept. He did a good job and left everything clean.

Excellent job cleaning many air ducts throughout the course of a Saturday morning. Team was prompt, efficient, and professional. Shocking how much equipment is required -- definitely more advanced than a hose on the vacum cleaner, which is what I anticipated. Air quality was noticably better after their visit. Will use them again.

Punctual, professional, honest and hard working chimney sweep! The only thing that would have made it better was if he was dressed like an old fashioned chimney sweep!

The two man crew did an excellent job. They were on time, professionally dressed, and left the house as clean as when they arrived, but now we had clean ducts too!
