They did a great Job, they found errors made by a previous A/C provider who was sloppy in their work. The house is 50+ years old and the ducts had not been cleaned prior to my purchasing. I feel good the ducts were cleaned well, and the system can now be used. The only item they missed was at the register box in the bedrooms, they cleaned in the duct but must have gone right past the register opening to clean in the duct. Small complaint. I would recommend them.

The couple arrived in a timely manner and were quite personable. The technician explained exactly what was to be done, answered all my questions, were very tidy, and expedient. The technician was patient and understanding of my needs, explaining each step in detail as I am visually impaired. All my fears were allayed. Was a bit surprised when the assistant repeatedly contradicted and corrected what the technician stated, but overall, a positive experience.

The team arrived on time and we walked through the house together to discuss which air ducts needed cleaning. We also added the dryer vent to the cleaning. The team set up with drop cloths and was very professional in the cleaning of the vents and the clean up afterward.

Charles and his assistant carefully set up drapes under each vent before beginning work. I had 20 extra vents because our house is nearly 3,000 sq. ft. We had 2 air handlers and Charles cleaned it all. I wanted to have it all done at one time which added to the cost. Originally I purchased 10 vents and 1 air handler for $320.00. Then for each additional vent it was $15.00 and I had 2 air handlers adding one more to the purchase deal was $99.00 more. My total bill was $720.00/ They worked 4 1/2 hours and cleaned it all. They arrived within the time stated and spent many hours doing the job.They cleaned up when they were done and I didn't notice any dirt or dust caused by the cleaning. They were professional. They were very careful around my furniture. I would recommend them to others.

It went well but I just kept buying more and more things and I probably really didn't need them. The job was awesome but they were like, "Oh, you haven't done that." And it is true, I haven't done it and it ends up annoying me if I didn't do it and it just felt like strange. But the job that they did was very good. I had more than what the Big Deal covered but they gave me an awesome price so everything was good. They were hard-workers, they were non-stop and they were not just a bluff. They were taking their time to do the job. They came in to do the job and they just did it and it went good and that was it.

We were looking for a dryer vent company and they did not charge any extra as we were having issue's with a dryer vent. I was very happy with the service.

I was not home, my husband oversaw this. He said they were excellent. All I know is that our clothes dryer which is only about 1 year old is functioning really well for the first time since we had it installed! They used a camera to see what was going on and I think that helped them understand the difficulties of our venting. They were much more professional than a firm I had used in the past.
