Everything went well, and I had no complaints. The cost was very reasonable, he arrived on time, and he did a fabulous job. I haven't had any issues with the dryer since his visit.

It turned out fine. Scheduling was also fine.

Very efficient! Pricey for the service but cheaper than dealing with a fire from a clogged dryer vent!

The service was excellent, they maintained a clean environment and they were able to accommodate a schedule late in the day. They came when they said they would come and they even worked around their schedule to accommodate the visit.

The team did an excellent job, on time and very thorough, I could not believe how much lint came out of the vent tube, after clearing the vent They vacuumed up everything that came out.

Charles Golden and Golden Good Air did an excellent job. First I will state that there is often a advice that air duct systems don't really need cleaning, but in my case, I have multiple animals in my home (some pets, and others foster animals) and I suspected there was a build up of dander, fur and other debris in the duct system when I started experiencing unexplained headaches. I do not suffer from allergies normally. Well, my intuition was right on. This is a 30-year old house and when the cleaning process started, I could not believe the amount of pet fur and dander that was present in my systems, especially in the returns. In some areas, it was so heavy it actually reduced my air flow. Charles and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. I asked to see what was being extracted from my system and they showed me the first pass of debris extracted. They were very polite and answered all of my questions. When they finished, they made sure to clean up all of the work areas., vacuuming and disposing of product packaging, etc. We did a walk-through to ensure I was pleased with the work and that everything was put back properly in its place. Everything was done exceptionally well. I am very pleased and will use this company in the future (I have fireplaces and dryer vents that they also perform service on). Very satisfied!

I was able to schedule service one day after my call for a service appointment. Charles was on time, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and was able to repair the problem quickly and efficiently. The vent work required him to cut through the wall and he was careful to do the smallest cut possible while still allowing him to perform the work and then sealed the hole so it keeps out bees, etc. giving me time to arrange for dry-wall repair. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs dryer vent-related work!

All vents were removed and cleaned and replaced.

We moved into a 25yr old house last year with a small laundry room. I put in the vent ducting as best I could and it had been working ok for the past year. A couple of months ago the clothes needed two runs to get them dry and this morning my wife was smelling possible smoke from the dryer. I called Golden's and they said they could come out today. They spent fours hours working on clearing the vent which had funky conduit and several 90 degree turns. It vented through the roof instead of the side of the house. We have a tri-level and the laundry room is naturally on the lower level. We have no idea when the vents were last cleaned, if ever. At first they couldn't get their rods all the way through because of blockage. After about three hours they finally were able to clear the vent. They also opened the dryer and cleaned out all the accumulation because of the blockage. They put in better flex conduit at the back of the dryer. We also talk about possibly rerouting to the side of the house, but will be a much more expensive project for later. They were very professional and helpful and left the laundry room in better shape than when then got here. Will definetly use them again and recommend to others.

Mr. Golden provides just that....."Golden Service". Charles contacted me right away to schedule cleaning my dryer vent. He even showed up on a SUNDAY to do the work because that was the only day I could be there. This is awesome service. He inspected my clothes dryer vent from inside the home. He also inspected my rooftop vent to make sure it was operating correcting and not blocked. Fast, clean and courteous. I also had Charles provide me a quotation to clean the entire homes HVAC vent/duct system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and explained everything that would be done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Very professionally done in all ways. He offered to clean the additional vents (over 10 in offer) for $15 each and he did a nice job. Even tried to dust off lights in kitchen, since he had his ladder up there. Highly recommended.

The team showed up on time and did the service requested. They were very polite and knowledgeable. An attempt was made to sell us a chimney cap on the fireplace in the backyard but they didn't have one that fit properly. We were satisfied with the service but a bit disappointed to see, after they left, that the washer and dryer where all out of place and the rug and other items were sat in the hallway. We had assumed everything would have been put back in place when they completed but it wasn't too much trouble for us to fix.

Home inspection found the dryer vent had never been cleaned and was full of lint. Found Golden's and Good on Angie's list and gave them a try. Now they are in my recall address list. Very pleasant and easy to work with. Arrived on time, went to work and did a great job! Had a new dryer being delivered, which came early. Instead of taking the easy way by disconnecting the dryer and cleaning from the ground level port, he climbed on the roof and cleaned from above. Going "above and beyond" literally.
