Description of Work: Did the 6 month check up and replaced two things that were going bad in my 8 year old air conditioner.

Description of Work: Did 6 month checkup. Hard sell to replace both HVAC units due to age and some elevated measurements. Stated that run/start capacitors that I replaced just last year were old and needed replaced. Wasnt buying hard sell and at that point couldn't trust another word. Asked tech to leave.

Description of Work: Installed new AC; were very methodic, neat, very polite and careful not to cause me any incovenience. System working very well and I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: Desert Valley Aire came to perform a bi-annual maintenance on our air conditioner. As always, the service provider was knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. The service was completed quickly. We have had a service agreement with them for several years, and I appreciate that the company always contacts us when another service period has arrived. I never have to worry about trying to remember when service is next needed.

Description of Work: At home show signed up for a free checkup. Then wife spun the wheel and won a free surge protector. Obviously i was wondering wheres the catch? They called day before appt to confirm then also about 1 hour of scheduled time. When installer ran late i was called and informed. Even being late it was only 30 minutes Well, inspection done and what i expected there were a few minor things that will soon need to be fixed but nothing right away. Partially Installed the surge protector ($250 price normally) , online $35 and easy install. Not is fault, fuse box plastic and brittle. Showed me problem and i will have friend finish install.

Description of Work: I have been a customer of DVA since 2006. I bought an ac from them, had it installed, and have been a member of their annual service maintenance contract since. They are very responsive in returning calls or coming out to check ac if there is a problem. They call twice a year to come out & service the ac unit. overall all i am satified with this company. they are slightly overpriced upon further research, but they are very dependable.
