Arizona Roof Rescue

It is a sincere pleasure for me to take this moment to review Arizona Roof Rescue. Alan and his crew exceeded our expectations and made us feel like valued customers throughout the entire project. The entire crew was extremely professional, courteous and left our yard spotless at the end of each day. In fact, they had even picked up a pile of branches that I had left after trimming my tree. The project was clearly well-planned, organized and completed on schedule within budget. Once completed, Alan provided me a tour of our new roof and the attention to detail was evident. My wife and I are thankful to have found the wonderful professionals at Arizona Roof Rescue.

There was a mistake with this review, they contacted me and said they never came out which is true. i don`t know how they got a bad review since I never used them or they never came out to my house.

The company rep, came out to do the estimate and invited me on the roof with him to make sure I agreed with what needed to be done. Since the manufacturer of our tile is no longer in business, he was able to find a tile that was the same shape and matched color close enough to satisfy me and our HOA. Although he was booked out 2 months with existing jobs, he agreed to do my small job on the next Sunday. He showed up with his crew right on time and completed the job within a few hours. The broken tiles were replaced with good tiles from my rear patio cover, so they would match exactly and the new, but slightly different color, tiles were put on the patio cover, where they are not very visible. I was very pleased with the final result.

Everything seems to have gone well. They did a good job. I felt the price was fair. I gave them a 'B' instead of an 'A' because the owner told me that he would be the one doing the work. He instead sent out different workers to do the job the day of. He did apologize for not being there and came out to check over the work.

They promptly set a time and sent a technician. He looked over the roof for about 20 minutes and determined that it was in too much disrepair and would need complete replacement. I thought he was professional and he was probably right. In either case, he did not perform any service so the money should be refunded.

I appreciate that they did provide a refund rather than patch a broken roof. They showed up a bit early, which was a little bit of a hassle since it was a 730 am appt. and we were still getting up and around. They were extremely professional. In dealing with other roofing companies to get additional quotes, they didnt go into as much detail as some others but I liked the fact that they provided a firm estimate. They were also a little more pricey but again, other companies seemed to provide an initial estimate that they felt could and probably would go up from there.

Alan and his crew was very professional. He cleaned up after the job. Everything was done on time.

The service went fine. They were very responsive and came out quickly. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He inspected the whole entire roof and did a very good job. He even did a few extra things for me free of cost. I had no issues with scheduling.

I purchased a roof tile tuneup special through Angie's list. Within two days, Alan contacted me and scheduled to come out the following week. He examined the roof and agreed that he could do just the simple repair noted in the special, but suggested that some of the other areas needed more work. I was already familiar with everything he pointed out and knew the work really needed to be done. We scheduled the work for the following week. He and his team arrived 10 minutes early, got to work, and did a great job. The work was performed exactly as we discussed and they cleaned up all the debris from the repairs.

The recent heavy rain downpour resulted in a roof leak above my guest bathroom. Fortunately, Arizona Roof Rescue was replacing my neighbors roof. I approached the "foreman" of the crew and explained what had happened. He found the source area of the leak, but, explained that the repair would probably occur within a three week period, unless there were signs of rain. March 14th appeared with darkened skies and what appeared to be dark rain clouds. I was called in the late afternoon and the crew was at the house in a half hour and completed the roof repair. This was a Friday and they were probably at the end of their workday, but did take the time to come and complete the repair as stated(true to their word). It did not rain after all that day or days after. They are rated as a five star company, but in my book, deserve many more. I would highly recommend them and when I am ready for a complete new roof, I am sure that you know who I am going to call.

Alan was professional and punctual for both his appointment to inspect the roof and for the repair. His crew were respectful and did a great job! Each day they removed all debris and the worksite tidy. I will definitely use them again!

This was the second time I used Arizona Roof Rescue for roof repair. I don't know of a reason to use another provider. Alan was prompt for the inspections and the day of the work. His staff is great and everyone works well together. They show up when they are supposed to and finish their work once it's done to Alan's exacting standards. I am very impressed with the whole companies professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Alan came out to my house on 5/19 to do the inspection. He is a great guy to work with and very honest and professional. He did the roof survey and then told me what the issues were and what the inspector would most likely require to be fixed. Since i am selling my house, this was a pre-emptive roof repair. He and his crew replaced the broken tiles, resealed the flashing and vents, and replaced all the cement caps. The finished in about 4 hours and cleaned up everything, including using a blower to clean off the roof.. Alan even fixed 2 pieces of stone that had fallen off the front of my house. What a great company and a great person to work with. I highly recommend them.

Of the three contractors I got estimates from, Alan impressed me by being the most honest, knowledgable, and willing to treat me like I wasn't an idiot. My dad was a roofer growing up, so the contractor that recommended shingling over existing shingles I immediately wrote off. Sears proposed the exact same services for twice the price. Alan not only took care to do a professional job, he also completed the job quickly and perfectly. He even recommended a painter for the house exterior so the roof wouldn't overpower the fading paint job we had before. Last year when I contacted the company for a copy of the receipt and warranty, they responded right away with everything I needed to give the realtor to sell the house. I'm sure the new house owners will enjoy the worry-free roof for years to come.

It went very well. It haven't rained since they did the work so I haven't tested the cracks and leaks that we had but it seems that work was done well. There was other work needs to be done so we added some charges, it was a little more expensive repair after fixing our roof. I think they were fair.

They sent a young man out here. My concern was, I had a roofing done by another company and they had not done satisfactory. They didn't take any of the old roofing off but they just roof right over. They laid a heavy paper over and since then, I've been hearing a lot more noises in the house at night. What I wanted somebody to do is to get up there to make sure the roof was safe and that's exactly Arizona Roof Rescue did. The young man told me that building screen do make sound specially when it gets hot and it gets cold. I was quite satisfied with our discussion. He did say that I had 5 broken tiles and advised me that I had a place above the heat pump that should probably be sealed. It didn't need right at the moment but there was trouble spot waiting to happen. He was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to make me feel okay about the roof. He was very thorough and he gave me what I wanted which was he reassured me that my roof was okay. I got my money's worth.

I hired Arizona Roof Rescue for a complete concrete tile roof removal and replacement with 2 layers of TU35 underlayment. The tiles that were in good condition were reused and cracked or damaged tiles replaced with new tiles that exactly matched the originals in color and shape. The work took 5 days and the price was fair. The crew was on time and courteous. There was no loud radio. Solar tube sky lights are now sealed and chimney flashing added where it was deficient. I now have confidence that my roof will last for at least 30 years. The crew would not leave until my wife and I were completely satisfied.

Alan Monzon, Owner of Arizona Roof Rescue, and his crew did an excellent job in repairing my roof leak and also replacing all the felt underlayment and replacing plywood and the wood under the eave that was rotted. Completed the job as promised ( 1 day) and cleaned up the area on the roof and on the ground. They also reset some of my tiles that were loose.

He showed up early (6:30 am when appt was for 8:00) while I was in the shower, but came back when I returned the call and was quite pleasant. Advised roof needed to be replaced. Did not secure anything, fix anything, didn't even need to get to all of the roof, and then provided me a quote. Was very professional but I came back to Angie's List as I never get just one quote, and found another deal for roof replacement. The also are rated quite well and due to the deal, were much more affordable. Regarding his ability to have done a fine job on the roof replacement, I believe he would have. The price difference between his regular quote and the Angie's deal was just too great to overlook, and the other company was just as professional - they also promptly called me a few days later and refunded the amount I paid for the deal. Like I said, got a very good spidey sense that they would have done an excellent job, the other Angie List Big Deal was too good to pass up.

Extremely pleased with the whole process, from the inspection, quote and repairs. The crew was very homeowner mindful, cleaning up each day after they stopped working. The job was quoted for 5 days, but took 6 due to the complexity of the job. They did an excellent job of repairing roof damage, and pigeon-proofed likely areas. Photos were taken of the most damaged areas and shared. I would very much use this company again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. Everything was absolutely fabulous. They were on time and gave great feedback. They were very reasonable on everything that needed to be done. I've been using them for several months and I have been absolutely satisfied all around. The work estimate is close to $8,000 or $9,000. Their prices seem very reasonable. I've only done the deals with them so far. The summary and write-up was great. We will get a second opinion and if their price is comparable, we will go back to them. They showed up and we hadn't given them the code so he showed up the next day. My husband said the more he talked to him, the more he liked him. He was very professional. We would absolutely use him again.

From the description of the poor condition of the tiles and flashing I chose to have Arizona Roof Rescue redo the entire roof with new felt removing and replacing the tiles. This work will take place at the end of April. I will report on my experience after the roof is redone.

Allen arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He inspected our roof, taking pictures of problem areas, then explained in detail what he recommended to be done and how much each repair would cost. He didn't provide a high pressure sales pitch for us to get the work done now but explained which could wait and how long. We were very pleased with Allen and his service.
