I love everything about them!

At first it seems like the carpet was clean, however Zerorez standard cleaning does not remove pet stains from carpet. After a couple of months seems the carpet was collecting dirt and my dog was finding the pet stains left in the carpet. Called another carpet cleaning company who did a better job of treating the entire carpet before cleaning and now the carpet looks and smells clean. My dog is no longer finding those old pet stains. Oh, and the cost was half that of Zerorez.

With their special of $43/room you would think the price would be about $500. When he quoted me the pet stain treatment the price doubled to over $1,000. I declined this treatment and he made do with 1 gallon vs the 4 gals he wanted to sell to me on the price came to $600. Then after the service was completed he tried to sell me on scotch-guard treatment for $250 and when I declined he came back with $100 for stairs and high traffic areas. He was professional, courteous, and punctual. I will admit that my carpet was pretty bad - but I resented the constant up-selling and the attempt to add on scotch guard at the end. The carpet does look much better - however, I am wondering if I could have had similar results for less.

I called Zerorez and requested a "next day delivery" of services -- a Saturday! They were able to accommodate this. Casey was fabulous. Did all that I asked and gave me what I thought was a fair and reasonable rate. Absolutely will use them again!

I only use one carpet cleaner. This is the only one I will use.

They do the best job. They clean the carpets longer. They use water. They don’t use detergents that leave a sticky residue, so dirt is not attracted again to the carpet. Their price is a little higher, but it is worth it.

After cleaning my carpet, the technician gave me an estimate for cleaning the tile and grout. Based on his estimate, my house has 925 square feet of tile and the cost would be 80 cents a square foot for a total of $740.00. I decided this was way too expensive for me and I paid for my carpet cleaning. I called another company to give me an estimate for the tile and grout and this company's estimate came in at 721 square feet!!!! A difference of over 200 square feet!!!! To say the least, I was shocked. How could Zerorez overestimate the square footage by so much? Does this happen all the time? How many other people have been gouged without even knowing it? I called Zerorez immediately to ask them about the discrepancy in square footage estimated and the woman I talked to had a "so what" attitude. I have never received a call back from the manager or owner to explain themselves. For a company that is widely recommended on Angie's List, I was sad that they had such a lack of professionalism. I feel a level of deception from this company and I do not recommend them.

Technician called before arrival, showed up within 15 minutes of scheduled time. Explained in detail the process and time required after walking through with us. He carefully added things to the route of the hosing to protect corners & our floor. Completed the job in a timely fashion doing a better job on our stained high traffic areas than we had expected. Upon completion verified that we were completely satisfied and gave us some tips for vacuuming and maintenance of our carpet.

It want well. They showed up. The guy is profesional. The truck looks like something out of a james bond movie. They try to upsell you when they get there, like all carpet cleaning companies do. HE talked about some extra protectent (for like another 100) that really helps and I"m like, "well if your cleaning is all that great, then why do I need the extra stuff?". so I passed on that and I was already spending 250. I guess these guys think everybody is loaded or something. the one thing that I think I seemed to read or hear, was that the carpets are not soposed to be as wet afterwards. Well, that's wrong. The carpets are still wet afterwards. So you need to give the room a day to air out.

We were quite satisfied with the service and quality of work provided by Zerorez, as well as the price and the result. We're not too keen on their marketing, but that didn't affect the outcome. Pros: Appointment was scheduled within a week; I received an e-mail confirmation, followed by a phone confirmation. The technician also called en route to give us a heads up on his arrival time. The job took less than 2 hours. Service technician was prompt and courteous, did not charge extra for master bath. We felt the cost was quite reasonable, had expected it to be more. The service tech placed corner guards at doorways to protect our walls and woodwork from possible marking by the cleaning hoses. He brought in a couple big fans to help drying, but of course took them with him when the job was done. All of the equipment and cleaning solutions are truck-mounted; hoses emerge from side of truck parked at the end of the driveway (we moved a car out before he arrived). Cons: Two key points - first, the drying time estimate of 4-6 hours was completely off. The service tech was finished before 11:00 a.m. By 4:00 p.m. the carpets were still damp to touch. By 9:00 p.m., most areas felt dry, but closets were still damp. We did not replace furniture until the following day; our ceiling & exhaust fans ran continuously. We could not get a good answer about this before the job - the company consistently quoted "4-6 hours", but when we asked about when to replace furniture, they consistently said "it's up to the customer". Second - we believe their marketing relies more on hype than fact. This contributed to the B rating on Professionalism. Essentially, Zerorez offers a hot-water extraction cleaning service using a dilute sodium hydroxide solution as the cleaning & sanitizing agent. When I asked about their cleaning solution, was told it is "Empowered Water" - which is meaningless. When I asked about their pre-spray solution, was told it is "all natural with a citrus fragrance". Also meaningless, and it didn't smell very citrus-y. Two ladies I spoke with on the phone were unable to provide much useful or specific information. Nonetheless, I bought the idea that their process does not rely on detergents, which can (but may not necessarily) leave some residue. The service tech cleaned a sample area in a high-traffic area to demonstrate cleaning effectiveness (also to instill customer confidence and elicit "oohs" and "aahs"). It looked great from one angle, but as I walked around it the color changed, suggesting that the apparent result had as much to do with nap direction & the pre-spray treatment over the whole room lifting soil to the surface as with cleaning the sample spot. This was our 1st carpet-cleaning experience in 30+ years (no children or pets), so we had a lot of questions and didn't really know what to expect. Have always been somewhat skeptical from the probably mistaken notion that it wouldn't do the carpet material any good and would leave residue resulting in faster repeat soiling. But on balance, we were pleased: our carpets look cleaner, somewhat brighter, and feel good. We would use this provider again, but I do wish they'd tone down the marketing hype and provide a bit more useful information.

Hire these guys! They were great! Polite, efficient, well spoken, friendly. They even moved a couch to get under it, at no charge, but that was the only piece.

Initial contact via Internet followed by conversation with Office Manager Linnie was very helpful. She gave a complete description of the entire process involved and quoted a basic price of $150 minimum for 2 rooms. I explained we had some very deep dog urine stains that she thought they could pre-treat, but could not guarantee they would come all the way out. We scheduled an appointment. The 2 technicians showed up a little late, but called from the road to tell me and arrived when they said they would. The were very professional and immediately began working. The quality of work was outstanding and the outcome beautiful. The did manage to get out all the pet stains and the carpets looked better than new. In addition their was no odor left at all! I was extremely pleased with their work and both their professionalism and their courtesy.

It was twice as expensive as the other place, and it honestly has been the most awful job I've ever seen in my life. I would definitely never hire them or recommend them to anyone at all ever. They did a terrible job.

I met a representative from this company through a real estate connection and she told me about this company that cleans carpets with no chemicals or residue. I decided to try them out and when they came out the technician explained the process extremely well. Everything they say about this process is true and I would highly recommend this company and process over any other type of carpet cleaning system ever. Not only do the carpets get cleaned but all organisms that are harboring in the carpet do not survive this process and it is all natural. They use a water ph of about 13 in order to clean instead of cleaning chemicals or other substances.

On time. Clean and neat appearance. Left everything spotless. We will have them back again. The Zerores carpet cleaning process lived up to the advertisements- our carpets look fantastic.

They are great! They offer excellent service and great quality. I plan to use them in the future. Highly recommended!

They were on time, they were professional. They sent out a reminder notice. They were very good.

VERY POLITE, A FEW MINUTES LATE-MADE A WRONG TURN BUT CALLED. VERY CLEAN, PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL. THERE WERE TWO MEN FOR THIS JOB. THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO WORK. NO CLEANUP OR MESS AFTERWARDS. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEIR PRICES ARE HIGH FOR SIMILAR SERVICES. I ASKED FOR A QUOTE TO CLEAN MY TILE AND GROUT AS WELL BUT I FELT THE QUOTE WAS VERY HIGH AT $615. FOR APPROX 950 SQ FT. OTHERS HAVE QUOTED ME BETWEEN $300 - 400 FOR THE SAME AREA.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. ALSO THEY WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.
