They did a wonderful job and I like the fact that they don't use any harmful chemicals. I would definitely hire them again.

It was really great service! They were on time, professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a damage check on my carpet and sofa.

Tech looked over rugs, explained issues that he saw, what he was going to do and what we could add to get our total money's worth. Job was done quickly and efficiently.

Everything was well cleaned. Took several hours to dry, even with fans on.

I refer them to a lot of people. They are the only ones I ever use for cleaning because they do not clean with soap or chemicals. They only clean with a water that has the PH value ratio about eleven to twelve and they use a high temperature, not a real high temperature, somewhere around 180 degrees or so and the carpets are never wet. They stay clean for a very long period of time.

Great service; friendly, thoughtful and good work. Afterwards the carpet looked great and didn't have any strong cleaning odor like other companies I have used. I'm not sure I would use the company again due to the relative cost (at least double what I have paid for other companies), but the overall quality and service was excellent.

I like that the service provider stayed here until he thought the job was really done well. It was about three hours. He was pleasant and a hard worker.

Punctual & professional, great job cleaning both the carpet & the tile. This is the third time Zerorez has cleaned for us (two different houses), and I won't use anyone else. Love the "no residue" soft feel to the carpet, and it works miracles on dirty grout!

They did a beautiful job. The person who came to clean the carpets was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained everything and how to keep my carpet looking nice between cleanings.

There is no residue and they just do a really good job. They really work on the spots. The carpeting is clean. There really is no residue. They honestly do. My husband told me about them because they do his office building in downtown Phoenix. They have some commercial contract there. He's right, they do a good job.

We've used them two years and a row and both times, they do a good job.

The work was done as advertised and exactly what I asked for. There was one technician and he was perfect. The work took about four hours.

They were super nice and professional. They showed up on time. I had to re-schedule with them a couple of times and they were extremely flexible. They were very expensive, but I thought they did an awesome job. It was a really good, quality experience. Overall, I was very pleased.

The house is 1310 sq. ft, 3 rooms of carpet plus tile that they grouted It looks immaculate and is very clean. The carpet looks like new and smells fresh. The young man was fantastic!

Allen Lane did a wonderful job, Friendly, professional and very capable, he went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and were satisfied with the job.

I couldn't really tell that the carpets were any cleaner. Other than that they were very polite and the office staff was efficient. It is the only carpet cleaning company I know that does not use chemicals.

They showed up on-time and were professional. Did a great job and really worked the high traffic areas. Were able to get a grease stain out of the carpet in the kitchen area. Will use them again when our current tenant moves out.

In general the carpet cleaning was an ok job. The results did not seem to match the commercials, contact with the office etc. I made an appointment for a 4 to 6 hour window. The day of service they called to say the technician could clean in the morning. I let them know I needed to keep my scheduled time. They called again in the afternoon to say the technician was ahead of schedule and could come at 2 p.m. I let them know I needed to keep my 4 p.m. The technician arrived, nice enough guy. Quoted me the price and then that any pre-treat of stains is $ 25 dollars a stain. So we just did the regular clean they quoted. I was quiet surprised when the technician was in and out in an hour? The floor was more moist in some areas then others. It just did not seem like a good clean. The office followed up several weeks later and I let them know that I did not think the cleaning job was done all that well. To their credit they did offer to come out and re-clean however I would have had to take more time off work, move the furniture etc. I really should have just asked for my money back. They could very well be good cleaners and it was just the tech I had or something.

I had a quote from over the phone that used the square footage of our home. A very rude technician arrived, walked past me without saying hello, and gave me a dirty look when I opened the door to greet him. He started measuring everything and told me that it was going to be twice the amount that I was quoted. When I disagreed and told him that I no longer wanted the grout cleaning but he could still do the carpets, he told me that he had to do the work and he couldn't leave and that he "won't get paid unless he does all of the work". He angrily argued with me about every square foot, nit picking about adding areas, but not subtracting any "unclean-able areas" and counted some areas twice in his calculations. When I asked him to leave he refused and he tried to haggle with me to still do the grout until I finally had to call the dispatch and complain, she too haggled me on going forward with the job as well and worked with him on the price, the job, and his attitude, I was reluctant, but let him move forward with the job. I was very uncomfortable. When my husband came home the technician tried to take him aside and complain about me. He had me, my daughter, and my husband waiting outside in the cold, after dark, because we couldn't walk on anything. When the grout dried, it was still dirty. I wouldn't recommend using their service, it's not very good and I trusted other reviews. It's possible that he did a less than great job just to get the money and get it over with. I had this service about a year ago, but I never reviewed it, I was too upset. I think others should be aware of their tactics.

Note: House was completely empty of furniture and was first done on 01/16/2015. After completing the job and the carpet had dried, the carpet in the office room wasn't cleaned in the middle of the room (there had not been a dirty spot there before). Carpet in the master bedroom still was dirty on one side of the bed. Closet walk area was still dirty. Tile grout in most places was dirtier/darker than before. The technician (Albert) was very polite and explained this was the best he could do and assured me the grout lines would lighten up a bit once it dried but it didn't. So after the technician left and the grout was dry, I went over a couple of areas just with a wet white face cloth (using nothing on face cloth except water) and actually scrubbed off some dirt. It was lighter but not as light when I used a little mild cleaner. The technician did put guards on all my corners to protect them. I called and had someone else from same company come out and redo carpet areas of concern and all of the tile. This Technician didn't cover all the corners and had an attitude. I stayed with him because I felt he would try to do the minimum to get done fast. I had him go over the rug area in the office about three times and it did get better. He made this comment as he was going over the carpet "It's not as though I've been doing this for a long time" or something to that fact. Than he claims that he could smell urine in that area which I knew wasn't true but I ignored his comments. I started to get a little nervous because he seemed to be getting hostile so I had my husband come in from the garage to be with me. The Technician seemed a little more civil then. The end results were much better than the first time but not what I had expected after all the reviews on Angie's list. I'm very disappointed in the results. There was someone who called as a follow to see how things went and if we were satisfied. Unfortunately my husband answered and he told that person we were! I am not sure why they didn't ask for me since I was always the contact on the job. Maybe in fear of getting an ear full.

On time. Professional. Casey was very informative about the process. He protected all the corners from the equipment. What a pleasure Casey was to deal with. We are from out of town and chose this provider soley due to recommendations we found on Angie's List to clean thw carpets/tile in a rental home for our son. Since the landlord did not care we were in crunch mode to get the place cleaned up for move-in and Zerorez came through!
