This company is great!! I have used them for four years and every time they come they are professional, thorough and my carpets look like new! They are a little on the expensive side but they don't use typical methods and/or chemicals so the carpets dry quicker and stay cleaner longer.

It was absolutely fantastic, they are definitely an "A". I've used them before and I would use them again.

I've used Zerorez in the past and they did a great job. Now that my mom is in assisted living, her cat is living with us (and our cats). She wasn't happy about her person being gone and displayed that discontent in those 2 rooms. I called them the Friday before and they were very understanding of my schedule. The day before the appointment, they called to let me know the arrival window (2 hours). The day of the appointment, they called to let me know they'd be there in about 20 minutes. That level of communication is what I expect and appreciate. I was tentative about getting a rug and my couch done. The guy got here on time and gave me an estimate before he started work. It was a little over my budget but I chose to do the additional pieces anyway. As usual, they did a GREAT job! They pet treated the 3 spots and all the other items. It looks AND SMELLS great!!! I would (and have) highly recommend them! They cost a little more, but they are well worth it!!!!

They are really great and they don't use chemicals. They alkaline the water which I really like. I would recommend them. I have another house that is a rental unit, and I always use them to clean.

All carpets needed to be removed to plant because of size , composition and quality. Cost basis completely explained. Carpets returned within promised time at an expected and reasonable price. The 2 workers were very helpful, patient and pleasant with placement of rugs and return of furniture to original positions. Carpets beautifully cleaned.

They called when they were on the way and arrived on time. The whole job was handled very professionally.

I would use them again in a heartbeat. Our couches hadn't been cleaned in seven years so even though I sanitized them every week they had black on the arms and back cushions. They looked almost brand new after the tech was done. There tech was so awesome she took all the time she needed to make sure she could do everything she could to get them looking good again. I will worn though cover TV's things like that because the pretreatment got every where (not there fault should have done it) cleaned up just fine though and the couches are more than what I expected. I will be calling them to do my carpet very soon.

They did an excellent job. My carpets is clean, spot free and all the stains are gone. Could not be happier.

They have since then changed their add to carpet only. However when I called the told me it did not matter if it was tile or carpet. I ended up paying 197.00 for my cleaning and I couldn't even tell the tile had been cleaned. It was a rip off. My husband was home or I never would have had the services done or let the guy leave my home with the floor looking like it did. Never resolved the issue.

Great job would highly recommend. When carpet dried it was soft.

The technician arrived within the first 15 minutes of the 2 hour arrival block. He was extremely friendly as well as professional. I was thrilled with the results! It looks like brand new carpet! Total cost was $75 less than the quote I was given over the phone, which was a pleasant surprise. No funny smells, the carpet was soft once it dried and he even left us little booties to wear, since we were moving in the following day. I would highly recommend Zerorez, and I plan on using them to clean my furniture very soon.

Tech showed up and did a good job cleaning the carpet that with 3 dogs and a kids can get kinda grungy. I have a personal rug doctor, works ok, but sometimes carpet needs a deep clean. He went over a few high traffic areas several times. Was punctual and professional.

They are fantastic. I have had them in 3 or 4 times. They don't use any chemicals, just to spot treat in certain situations. They are great at getting high traffic areas cleaned. They are amazing, and we get great results!

Holy cow! I never thought I would see my tile and grout this clean again and my area rug looks like new! Yes, I thought the price was a little steep for my little house but you really do get what you pay for with these guys. Excellent service from scheduling to finish. As promised, I received a call two days before my service date with a two hour arrival timeframe and then received a call 45 minutes before his actual arrival to let me know when he would get here. I had done some poor planning and had cleaning ladies coming the same day and Mitch was kind enough to leave me a couple pairs of shoe covers so they could walk on the damp carpet...which was actually almost dry by the time they arrived. My house will look great for my Thanksgiving guests and Zerorez has a new customer for life.

I love the service as it is chemical free. The carpets do not take too long to dry. If you are not completely satisfied they will come out and redo the work needed with no issues.

Good end result in both the carpet and tile cleaning. Cost a little higher than what I expected.

The staff was friendly and professional, both in their appearance and communication. The carpets looked amazing, like new. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

wally and Shaun showed up as promised. Measured and reviewed with us the work to be performed. The added to the original work order by agreeing to clean the tile floor and hallway. They said they would would also put a sealer on the floor when done. They did a great job in cleaning the carpeting and tile floor. They cleaned the rugs better than anyone else we have used before. They both were helpful and gave good suggestions for us to use. Wally and Shaun were even nice to our dog who loves to supervise!

Since it was a new purchase and we were not living there at the time, my mother-in-law had to meet the technician. Upon arrival, the technician contacted me by phone and said the area quoted over the phone was underestimated. I can accept that. However, he immediately began to up sell me on cleaining the tile which we did not want. He indicated he would show my mother-in-law a sample and if she was impressed, I told him to clean the tile in the dining and kitchen area. Upon returning to the home to view the finished product, I was unimpressed. It wasn't a bad job but it was not the kind of service I expected for the amount I paid. One of the closets smelled like urine and the tile was spotty. I hear their commercials all the time on the radio and thought they would be exceptional. However, my experience with them was just average and will probably be looking for another service provider in the future. It's just not worth the money.

There was a bit of back and forth to finalize a day and time for the work. I had requested a change in the schedule, and during that call was told they had an opening in 45 minutes - - that worked perfecttly for me. Unfortunately, that 45 minutes turned into 2 hours, 3 hours, and I had to tell them we needed to re-schedule because it was too late in the date. I know they were really trying to accommodate me, and they were polite throughout. I was perplexed how you can tell someone 45 minutes from now and have it stretch out so long. Once that was sorted out and we came up with an agreeable day/time, the technician arrived on time. He was prompt, polite, clean, efficient, and that was that! He came to get me at one point to show me how cool it looked in the Walk-In Closet as he was cleaning. The carpet was surprisingly dirty - I had no idea until I saw how clean each stroke of the cleaner improved the look of the carpet. I would use ZeroRez again.

It's a really good company. The price was cheap, it was $129 for 3 rooms, that's really a good price and they do a great job. They come in and they're very clean, they wear booties and they're really a topnotch outfit. They also do floors and tiles. I really recommend them. They're always on time and they always finish a little early and they are very polite. I have given them the status of our emergency in Arizona and I was surprised, they were ahead above any of them.

They did an excellent job. He was very quick and effective. We had some nasty stains and it is still looking good today.

The cleaning professional was prompt, very courteous and externally helpful. He cleaned 2 wool carpets and even informed us that the estimate was going to be less than originally thought due to my "guesstimate" of the rug sizes. His truthfulness saved us about 20.00. I highly recommend then and will be utilizing their services again.

I have used ZeroRez for carpet, upholstery and tile-grout cleaning for the past five years. I will NOT use anyone else. They are absolutely fabulous. I'll give you an example of how amazing their cleaning is. In our house, we have a large expanse of tile: kitchen, great room, entry, dining area, halls (2) and laundry room. When I decided to have them clean the grout, I wanted just the kitchen done. When he had completed the kitchen, the difference in the color from black to beige was SO dramatic. I had to allow them to continue through the living area (it proved to be more expensive than I had planned, but, I was NOT expecting the clean to be so amazing). Each time an employee was assigned to us, we've received a two-hour window of when to expect them, and he's called me when he was on his way. They cover their shoes, they're extremely polite, friendly with our two dogs. The system uses just slightly alkaline water...only. It's surprising how well it cleans. I've purchased a 2.5 gallon jug of their magic water and use it for general cleaning throughout the house. It's fun to watch stains just disappear without scrubbing....with just WATER!!! Do yourselves a favor, call ZeroRez...the finest company in the Phoenix area.

They were really good. The house at the time was maybe five years old but they looked absolutely brand new after they had cleaned it. There was one person, he did the whole thing by himself. He was very professional. I really liked him a lot. It looked like I just got new carpeting.
