They were great. We actually had some scheduling issues. They were late getting here so he actually cleaned the grout in my laundry room and my tile for free for me. He was really courteous about that so I appreciate it. The results of the cleaning were really good. The cost was reasonable.

They do a very good job. They were flexible with the scheduling because I had issues at work. They were able to schedule me during a very busy time of the year quickly. I called them like that week and they got me in that week. This was the second time someone came and they have all been polite. They are not always trying to upsell you. I think their price is about average. I actually like the way their cleaning is done. They do not use chemicals which I like. Their responsiveness is very good.

James did a great job and we think our carpets may last another few years. We have used many carpet cleaners over the years, but think Zerorez is the best. They are not the cheapest, but we will use them again.

They did a great job. Our carpet was really dirty and honestly it needs to be replaced. I've always wanted to try Zerorez and decided to spend a little extra this time to give them a try. I'm glad I did. I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the young man who cleaned our carpet but he worked really hard. He did a great job and was very polite. He wore booties and took care to protect the walls and furniture. Our carpet looks great and I can tell a difference from other carpet cleaning methods. It is staying looking good longer. We're a good 2-3 weeks out from getting it cleaned and it still looks great even in the high traffic areas. I have to add that we've had company in the meantime and our carpet is 20 years old! I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Zerorez does not dump their dirty water. They use their own water. They did a very good job with our carpets. Their pricing on carpets and rooms in general I think is very competitive, if not better than most. However their pricing on furniture like sofas is insanely high. I would not use them for sofas. I've never come across this ever with carpet companies, one of the other things that they don't allow is if you have a sectional and its on carpet or its on a rug and you want that carpet cleaned, they will only go up to where it sits on the floor. They won't go underneath it unless you move it or you detach it. I can't do it. I can't lift my sofa. Other companies that we've used, they will detach, move, lay on the side and then put it back so they make sure they clean everything. That's the one complain I have with Zerorez, is that they will not move your furniture. The service guy that came was fantastic. he had a personality. He was extremely professional, they don't smell like some of these workers, that's one of the things that he's telling me they do, their workers have to smell nice.

We have been using them for about two years. We have them come out about every four to six months. They always do a great job. When Zerorez completes the job, the carpets dry much faster than other companies because of the cleaning solution they use. I have two big dogs and white carpet. The carpets always look nice after they have come out.

It was extremely positive experience. Our carpet is older and we have had other carpet cleaning companies come out. Within a month after the cleaning, you could see the dirt coming back in the high traffic areas. We are not experiencing anything like that with the Zerorez cleaning. The carpet is actually staying cleaner longer. This was my first time using the company. The results were so good that I will be using them in the future despite their costs being a little more than others. The technician who came out was very hardworking and courteous. Overall, I am very pleased with the work.

We have them come out to our house about every nine months or so over the course of about three years. For the service we are receiving, their price is the best. The people who come out are so nice and honest. Whenever they tell me something, I feel very confident with them. They do an excellent job!

I was really happy with it. They did a really good job. It was $119 for the two rooms and then with the area rug, it was $225. It was like $1.50 a square foot for the area rug. The price for the area rug was a little high.

They called and said they could come earlier if I wanted and the timing was great. The man came over, very professional, knowledgable and nice. He did a great job and I am very pleased.
