Description of Work: They cleaned 1022 square feet of dirty carpet with numerous dark paths in it. I gave them the exact sizes of rooms over the phone, they gave me a quote over the phone, and the service technician stuck to that estimate. The configuration of my home counted as 6 "rooms". [I have had other companies quote each 100 square feet as a room, rounding each area up to the next 100 sq. ft. By that measure, I would have had 12 "rooms".] The carpet did take a long time to dry after cleaning, but no longer than anyone else [36 hours]. |The carpet came out cleaner than it has ever been before. The technician was on time, worked hard (and quickly), and did an excellent job. He mentioned other services (tile cleaning, duct cleaning, etc. - they all do), but did not push them.
