Description of Work: They provided cleaning of area rugs, a chair, grout, etc. I like that they don't use any chemicals and are able to clean with just water. It's amazing and it dries faster than other treatments. When they finished cleaning the grout in the kitchen the color difference was very dramatic. They also sell the water and we purchased it as a spray cleaner. I would never go with anyone else. They are A+ provider to work with.

Description of Work: Got an estimate on phone, they followed up with call to make appt. |They called during the time block and said the tech was behind schedule. Indeed he was 2 hours after the allotted time block was past. However they were very professional and gave me a $40 discount because of the late arrival. The carpets are dry and soft afterwards. It was a little more than I usually pay, but I got 4 rooms, my stairs and hallway for that price.

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 rooms of carpet. Carpet cleanliness was not noticeably better than others. One of the claims is carpets stay cleaner longer so will see down the road. Overall service was just fine, but at this point no WOW factor.
