Description of Work: We have 2 medium large dogs and our carpets really needed a good cleaning and we wanted a service that was chemical free. Zerorez hit the spot. They cleaned our freat room, master bedroon, guest bedroon and small hallway. While the tech was here I also had the sofa cleaned. The tech was very professional and friendly as well as a hard worker. We will definitely use zerorez again. [Member name removed]

Description of Work: General cleaning of carpets in 5 rooms. And specialized spot cleaning of pet urine spots in all 5 rooms. The odor was completely gone after the cleaning and the carpets looked amazing. Great care was taken to ensure that the pet spots and odor were eliminated. It worked!!

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the professionalism of Casey the technician that came to clean our townhouse. We have a 1200 Sq Ft townhouse with stairs so price might be a little above average for cleaning but she did a wonderful job. I would use their services again. They were prompt in scheduling and were there when they said they would be.

Description of Work: They cleaned our carpet for actually less than the amount quoted over the phone as there was a difference in how I measured the area and how the technician "classified" our space.

Description of Work: Called for estimate. Did not use them for two reasons. First, they can not/will not help move any furniture at all. Second, their pricing is inflexible. My bedroom is 330 sq ft, but I only wanted the path cleaned. Their 300 sq ft per room policy meant that it would count as 2 rooms which doubles the price. We didn't want any furniture moved, just the path and around the bed cleaned. Carpeted area in living room is around 300, but I was afraid to have them come out because I was afraid that they again charge me for 2 rooms. It's too bad as I wanted to see if their system was actually better than the service I regularly use.

Had another company out, said would be difficult to get color back Was going to buy new carpeting, at last minute heard ZEROREZ ad....gave them a call GLAD I did.
