Description of Work: Called for service on washer making excessive noise when in spin cycle. Found bearing and other parts failing. Cost for repair would not be worthwhile based on age of machine. It was recommended that we purchase new machine. Details of situation explained and all of our questions fully answered. Would definitely call again for appliance service.

Description of Work: I called for a refrigerator repair. My ice maker had stopped working (ten year old fridge). They replaced the ice maker, and also fixed a problem I'd had with the filter mechanism. Then they noticed the bottom-drawer freezer was not rolling open smoothly and adjusted that for me. They worked efficiently and were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Look over the dead refrigerator. Quoted $2000 to replace compressor. Since it was a built-in and 15 years old, we choose to replace it instead of repairing it.

Description of Work: I called Tiger Mechanical after hours for a refrigerator problem with a rental property. Within 30 minutes I got an email back saying they had received my call and although out to dinner at the time, they would be back in the office shortly and get someone dispatched for services. I ended up cancelling after discovering the issue was "user error" rather than a real appliance problem but I was very impressed with the responsiveness of this supplier and will definitely use them in the future when needed

Description of Work: Called Tiger Mechanical when the digital display no longer worked on my Thermador oven. They replaced the part the day after I made the initial phone call. Tom kept his appointment, was on time, courteous and very helpful. Took the extra time to to remove a panel of which I wanted to clean behind, and did it ! I will definitely call Tiger Mechanical again with any appliance problems!
