Description of Work: General house cleaning. I found the crew to be very prompt & professional. The only complaint was that in some areas my things were mod from their regular place. This sounds very picky, but I am disabled and if things such as the kitchen paper towles are moved, I can not reach them. Other thank this, they did such a good job that I scheduled regular monthly service.

Description of Work: Two women, personable and friendly, arrived right on time. They efficiently did a basic cleaning job on the house: vacuuming the carpet, dusting the furniture, mopping the bathroom and kitchen floors and cleaning the fixtures.

Description of Work: The Mopsters is true to their name- clean is what they deliver! Tracy was amazing- upfront, honest, helpful and intelligible. Her staff - whom I surprised while they were cleaning my home, each introduced themselves and asked how I was. They were wearing matching purple shirts, which I liked. I walked in unannounced and they were hard at work... The last cleaner I walked on on has my tv on and she was on her cell phone!!! Not the Mopsters! They were each performing a task. No wonder they got so much done. The Mopsters performed 5 hours of cleaning, and accomplished more in that time than I have in a year. Floors vacuumed, floors mopped, stairs vacuumed, each bathroom cleaned (x3) from top to bottom, dishes put into the dishwasher, floorboards dusted, fans dusted, kitchen table washed, my appliances look new in the kitchen they're so clean and everything in the house is dusted!!! The service we paid for far exceeded my expectations. It was less than $100 for 5 hours with the first time Angie's List Discount. I'm excited for cleaning day in two weeks. The Mopsters will be a repeat service provider in my home!

Description of Work: We used the monsters cleaning service for an initial deep cleaning, they have since been back for regular service. Wonderful job has been done, very professional and they do a great job covering all areas of the house.

Description of Work: I wanted my entire house cleaned on a Saturday morning. The Mopsters had no problem fitting me into their schedule and were done by early afternoon on a Saturday. I wanted my kitchen cleaned and mopped, down stairs bathroom and laundry room cleaned and mopped. Upstairs I had the 2 bathrooms done as well as vacuuming in the bedrooms. Everything was as I asked it to be. We were able to go enjoy our son's football game and by the time we were home the house was clean! Nice way to finish the Saturday.

Description of Work: I have been using The Mopsters for about 9 months. I own two vacation homes in ahwatukee and traci (owner) schedules all my cleanings after guests check out. They have cleaned for me approximately 50 times in the 9 months I have someone inspect the homes once per month after a cleaning and have found the results excellent. I also have had zero complaints from renters in the nine months.(renter feedback is how I usually hear that cleanings are sub par but have had no negative feedback from renters in nine months). Traci is very responsive to my calls, emails and texts and always offers quick help if I get into a last minute emergency. Her prices are competitive and worth it to me for peace of mind. I would recommend the Mopsters to anyone in the east valley looking for house cleaning.

Description of Work: We used The Mopsters for house cleaning. We last used their services about a month ago. They cleaned our house and they were here for about four hours, and there were two of them.

Description of Work: The cleaners are very thorough in cleaning everything, down to the last details. My floors are so clean I could eat off them!

Description of Work: I called Tracy as I needed a move in house clean, she quoted everything that this entailed and also quoted me a price for approx 4 hours of work. 2 Girls arrived on time and called me to ask what I wanted as the house was already in pretty good shape. They did a great job and finished in less time than needed. They cleaned and sanitized, floors, bathrooms, cupboards inside and out, window ledges, blinds,base boards and anything else we asked for. Tracy called me they next day to see if all the work was up to standard and to verify that the tip my husband had given them was legit. I would definitely use these girls again.

Description of Work: Not only did Mopsters do the floors and bathrooms and kitchen in our family's Gilbert home, she also got those tough behind the faucet areas in the kitchen and bathroom that I can't reach myself. Her team dusted in every nook and cranny, and was was friendly.
