Quick response, scheduled promptly. We needed to reschedule by an hour and they were able to do so. Team of two, they were quick and thorough, even emptying the trash can. Very pleased with their promptness, speed and great job.

With the amount of debris and tree branches that I had, I was just going to be happy getting rid of some of the volume so that what was left I could put out with the bulk trash collection. I called them on Friday and they came on Monday. 3 guys and 2 trucks arrived to remove the stuff. I pointed out all of the piles that needed to go and we still looking at more than one truckload. The guys got to work right away and started loading it up. Pile after pile disappeared and in the end we got almost everything into one full truck. These guys are AWESOME! I will definately be using these guys again in the future.

Great service! They phoned half an hour before they arrived and were right on time. They are nice, professional and haul away those items no longer needed. I would recommend them and hire them again.

I REALLY like these guys. I booked online, very quick and easy. They called a few days in advance to confirm the appointment, then called the morning of to confirm they were on their way. Showed up on time and with a good customer bedside manner. Not only did they remove the junk, they actually groomed the area afterwards! What's not to like?

After our property was treated for scorpion removal, it was recommended that some cinder blocks from an old wall be removed because they were a potential place for scorpions to live. Since we didn't have a vehicle to haul these blocks away, we arranged for The Junk Guys to take them away. They called us 20 minutes before their arrival and showed up right on time. They quickly removed all the blocks. They even removed the debris they found underneath the blocks and raked the ground to make it clean and level before they left. They were friendly and charged us exactly what was quoted with our Angie's List coupon.

We had used The Junk Guys once before to haul away junk from our previous home that we are turning in to a rental. On both occasions, they were prompt, courteous and worked within my schedule. They arrived on time and were in and out quickly. I thought they were a little over priced for the first job (charged $125 to haul away what I thought was a relatively small amount of junk). But the $250 for the hot tub was probably worth the money, although they were so efficient that they made it look like easy money!! They did the job with 4 guys and were done in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived when they said they would. I described the priority of which stuff I wanted removed. They loaded as much as their truck would hold. They cleaned up before they left.

I researched The Junk Guys both on Angie's List and a google search as i needed some large furniture hauled away. I called and left a message and within a few hours I got a return call from Maurice. He was polite, informative and responsive to my questions regarding scheduling and pricing. I was happy that they were able to schedule pickup the very next day and gave me a three hour time window in which to expect them. He also stated that they would call a half hour ahead to let me know they were on their way which they did. All of movers were professional and friendly and they got the job done in a very efficient manner and very quickly. I received a discount and they honored the Angie's List member discount coupon on top of that. I will definitely use them again when the need arises and won't hesitate to refer them to friends

I was able to set up an appointment for the time that was convenient for me and got over the phone quote between $125-$175 based on my description. The arrived on time and gave me a quote right in the middle of the price range and I also had a coupon for 5% off from Angie's list. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future.

I decided not go use them because the price was a little high for what I wanted.

Easy squeezy setting up the appointment, they showed up promptly, took apart the gazebo which required alot of 'sawzalling' and they did a great job of cleaning up afterward. I would definitely use them again, and do highly recommend them.

The overall experience was great. After arriving in Phoenix, we found the house we were renting out had been trashed. We called the junk guys and by 5pm they were at the house. The gave us an estimate and came back two days later to begin work.

Great service--showed up early, hauled some smaller items for no extra charge, and did it with good humor. What a concept--timely service with good value and no attitude!

The company was very responsive via email to my request for a rough estimate. Once I decided to go ahead, I sent an email on Sunday night and the shed was gone by Monday afternoon. The guys that came to the house were professional and thorough. After they removed the shed, they raked up the rocks and mess to make the area look better (something I didn't expect them to do). I would definitely recommend this company.

I called and reached someone immediately. They made an appointment to come out within the three days. Gave me an estimate of the cost which was accurate and suggested that since they charged by volume and the ping-pong table was large that I include anything other things as well. They gave me a three hour window of time for their arrival. Near the end of the three hour window, I received a call to say they were on their way and were running a few minutes late. When they arrived they were polite, friendly and quick and gave me a 10% discount because they arrived 10 minutes late.
