THE JUNK GUYS

It went really well. I was able to schedule them on short notice. They called me when they were on their way and they showed up on time. It was a 2-man crew. They worked hard, and were done in about 30 mins. I'd definitely recommend them.

They're straight A's. They do a job that probably not very many people will do. It was well worth it. They took away anything I told them to. This is the second time I've used them and I would use them again.

Very quick professional service. They are pricey, but do a great job.

The Junk Guys were great to work with! They were super helpful as I was setting up the appt, asked a lot of questions so they'd have everything they needed, and provided a fair price for all the work involved. They also helped me get my project done on a quick timeline, that was super appreciated!

The Junk Guys were very prompt. They hauled our junk away efficiently and were out of the house quick. They were patient with is as we derermined what has to stay and what has to go. I would definitely use them again should Ineed them in the future

The guys did a great job... They were very patient with us as there were some boxes we wanted to go thru before they took them away. We had so much.... They had to come back today to finish up. They showed up today on time as promised...I would use them again if I need hauling in the future. The fee charged included the dumping fee which was not what other companies did....they gave me a fee plus a dumping fee....

They responded very quickly to my inquiry which I really appreciated; this was on a Sunday. They arrived on time for my Tuesday, 7/28/15, appointment. During the removal of the spa, though, something happened where they dropped it against the side of the home causing some damage in the side. The force with which it struck the home was enough that my fiance stated he felt the house shake and came outside to ask if something had happened. The people advised everything was fine. When I got home to inspect the site I saw a dollar bill sized chunk of damage was on the side of my house. I called them the evening of 7/28/15 at approximately 6:00PM to ask what they would like to do about the issue. 7/29/15: No response from the Junk Guys. 7/30/15: I called them and Matt, at Junk Guys, stated he thought I would be sending him a picture. He then sent me his contact information and I texted him the photo. He stated he would review the photo and get back to me. He called back and offered to take a photo of the paint, have it made, and paint the home. I adivsed him I would need to confer with my fiance if he was okay with that approach. 7/31/15: I called Matt back and advised that I would be okay with getting the paint if they reimbursed me for it. He stated he would. 8/11/15: I found some paint in the house that matched the side and painted where the damage was. Although you can still see the damage, it's not as evident once painted. We discussed, and agreed, that we would take care of the issue because it was not worth the effort to find paint, submit a receipt, etc. I contacted Matt, at The Junk Guys, and let him know we wouldn't need anything further from him. Overall, this was not as good an experience as the last time, only because damaging a home is frustrating. I'm okay with how the Junk Guys handled the situation. I wish they had inspected the home more closely at the time they did the damage so it didn't come as a surprise, though. Ideally, they would have noticed the damage, the need for repair, and proactively addressed the issue without me having to take any action. Depending on what I need done, I will probably use them again.

I was quite impressed with the responsiveness to my request. They called within a few hours after I reached out to them. They were able to schedule an appointment the following day. And, when they did arrive, they were a bit early and it was cheaper than they estimated. They also told me about an online coupon, too, in an attempt to save me money. I am already getting ready to use them again.

Called to set up appointment and to notify me when they would arrive on the day of pick-up. Arrived promptly and loaded up the truck very quickly. Very pleased with the overall service!

The job went quite well. I was able to quickly schedule and they gave me a great price over the phone. Matt and Jason did the work very well and fast, they honored the Angie's List discount as well. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

They arrivedon time and were very fast at removing the debris in my garage and a few moving boxes from my driveway. Not a very big truck so if yoiu have a lot of stuff to get rid of, these guys will be astronomical to use. Guy on the phone said the maximum charge would be $300 and could be less if the truck was not full. When the guys were done loading what they could in the truck they demaned $400 and saidtheir boss was wrong about the price Would not use them again and felt cheated. Perhaps I got the wrong info or did not understand the guy on the phone, but either way a very expensive way to get rid of trash.

Great. Two men and a truck. They did the heavy lifting and I watched. The gentlemen were very pleasant and cheerful!

Prompt followup. Extremely courteous. Showed up on time. Did the job in an amazing 50 minutes! There was no mystery about the final bill. They could have loaded the whole truck and charged me for it but they did an amazing job of packing it all to be slightly under. Absolutely, positively, the ONLY COMPANY I will ever use for junk removal!

I had hired a landscaper to redo my front lawn landscaping. I wanted to remove the old tan rock, and replace it with red rock. He was to have removed, AND hauled off all the old materials, but instead he created an enormous mess and left it for me to deal with. Rock, dirt and lawn debris was left covering my driveway and spilling into the yard. It was a huge eyesore in the neighborhood. I contacted Matt Ventura of The Junk Guys, and asked if his company could complete the cleanup for me asap. He assured me they could handle the job, and get rid of the mess. We scheduled the cleanup for Wed., Sept. 17th. I got a call from his crew at about 8:00 a.m. that day, telling me they were on their way. By the time I got off work and headed to the house, they were finished, and I could pull in my driveway again! Even though the job turned out to be larger than either Matt or myself were anticipating, Matt proved to be a man of his word, and honored his original estimate. The Junk Guys were prompt, courteous and totally professional - I will definitely be using their services the next time I need items removed and hauled away! Thanks, Matt, for all you did, and for helping me so quickly...it was truly appreciated!

They were punctual and very fast. They did exactly what we needed them to do and were very professional.

They were supposed to do this job on 7/21 but I went all day without hearing from them then I had to call them. They were "running behind" so we postponed the pick up until Saturday, the 26th. It was irritating being left in the dark all day then having to reschedule. But what really bothers me is paying $75 for one item to be picked up PLUS they were going to charge me $25 to remove it from the wall. It was held up by 4 small screws so that seemed exorbitant. Finally, I got one of my neighbors to help me remove it from the wall and saved that $25 but I was still outraged at the price to remove one item. I thought Angie's List was supposed to SAVE money. I doubt I would ever call them again. If they charge $75 for one item then what do they charge for a whole truck full??

We were getting ready to show the house, there was alot of "stuff" we accumulated over the years. and it needed to be hauled away. I called this company, was able to get on the schedule ASAP and they came and hauled it all away ASAP. This company is awesome, professional and I am using them again this year to haul away a pile from the semi-demolition of my current remodel. I am picky and this company is AWESOME!!!

When I called for info and a quote I had to leave a message. Within a half hour I received a call back. A quote was given and a time scheduled for the pickup. They showed up in the time frame promised, loaded the old furniture in short order. Very prompt and professional. I would definitely use them again should I need any hauling done.

They arrived when they said they would. Two guys took a pile of stuff in my garage, back yard and in the house. They were fast and polite - had a lot of patience with me asking questions would they take something, and when they answered yes went and got more stuff from different locations all over the house and yard. They were done in about 30 mins. All in all, an excellent. I plan to call them again in the near future.

Provider came to our home as requested and proceded to haul away a number of items that were too difficult for us to do ourselves. They were professional, timely and were very careful when they backed their truck through our large back fence to get to some of the heavier items. Would definitely use them in the future!

I submitted a request for a price quote and they never responded.

It went great. They were solid, easy going guys. I was slightly surprised by the price, but to be fair, I'm not sure what the other services charge. They exceeded my expectations and left my backyard very clean.
