Description of Work: They showed up on time to take initial measurements and give quote. Showed up early on the day of install. They did a great job on the install and actually made a few changes to ensure that the water drained properly. Overall very professional and high quality. We had a really big rain storm come through the night they were installed and they worked perfectly!

Description of Work: Installed a gutter just on the rear of my home. It went quickly & was done in 1/2 hour, as it was a short stretch of gutter. (Above patio only). I thought a bit pricey for such a short piece, without complications. But I did not have a standard to go by, never having installed gutters before. Material was minimal, tho.

He does do it fast 27 years doing the same thing day in and day out. Haha. You did get money's worth though your gutters will last forever. Thanks for your business.

1. Reponded promptly and clearly to RFQ. 2. Called promptly in response to my e-mail notifying him of his winning bid. Set appointment. 3. Appeared at my house on date/time as agreed. 4. Dave Hesse, the owner of the company and the installer, was quick,efficient, thorough, experienced and skilled. He was well equipped to do the work. Also he was polite, and neatly and cleanly attired. His assistant was equally proficient and professional. 5. I paid him by check. (He made no difficulties about insisting on Cash so as to avoid taxation. Others have done this to me in the past.)

The wife was very friendly and helpful. She said would take a week to get after ordering and she called me the same day to set a date to do the job. Also her husband stated that I need a roofer as water will sit by gutter and rot. It had to be sealed. Job well done.
Description of Work: Measured around the patio and installed rain pipe and was very helpful in matching the color to my house.

They were just fabulous. They are very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, provided guaranteed work and listened to all of our suggestions. They are not a big corporation and they use quality materials.
