Gina promptly replied to my call, set an appointment to come the location. Discussed the product and colors. Helped me with solutions to problem areas. Wrote the estimate. We agreed on a date to install. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Very dependable. The owners of this company are on the job doing the work and "care" about how it is done.

This company consists of a extremely pleasant, capable, and punctual husband and wife team. Because they do absolutely everything both in the office and in the field, they must very efficient with their time -- and hence with your time as well. Given their situation, I was surprised how promptly they returned calls. They know everything there is to know about their craft, helped me make good choices of colors, and quickly solved a couple quirky problems my situation presented. In both the initial measuring and the eventual installation, they worked as a totally professional, well-practiced team. Dealing with them was a very pleasant experience.

On 6/24/14 I called for an estimate and a visit was set for 6/25/14 at 1:30 pm by 1:45 no one called or came so I called the company and was told they had no one in my area to do the estimate, in fact at first they were trying to find information about a request for an estimate requested the day before. The person I talked with was courteous, but not apologetic about not calling to inform me that no one would be coming I suspect but can not prove that a call would never have been made to me. Their suggestion was to call someone else if I could not wait until at least July 14th I will gladly take that suggestion and call someone else.

The provider initially contacted me back on the same day of my request to set a time for gutter estimate for the following week. Gina called the day before our scheduled estimate time to ask if I was going to be home in an hour or so as she was going to be in my area doing another estimate. I was unavailable to accommodate the request on such short notice and declined. She then informed me that she would have to cancel our previously scheduled estimate time that was to occur the next day (12/31/13 @ 4pm) due to a holiday (New Year's Eve) party. She said that would call me back at the end of the week to reschedule to which I agreed. Two weeks came and went and I never received a call back to re-schedule for the estimate. Being understanding that sometimes things happen, I then contacted Gina again on 1/14/14 and left a voicemail regarding the scheduling issue. I never received a call back after that message either. Since it seems apparent they unfortunately don't want business, I've found another gutter company in my area who does and will be doing the gutter installation.

The quote was about $100 more than other quotes. Not sure if she was actually more expensive because the other businesses came to my house to see what work would need to be done. She gave it over the phone.

Called for an estimate. The provider scheduled a time and said she would call and never did. Not sure I would use someone who stands me up on the estimate.

Excellent job. From the first contact to obtain a quote to the completed installation they were very prompt in their arrival times, the quote was accurate and complete and the completed work was excellent. We would highly recommend other to contact this company and to feel comfortable working with them.

The installers are the owner-operators, and they did a great job. They were prompt, professional and courteous. My house looks great. Can't wait for a rain!

From estimate to completion of the job, this was an excellent experience. The estimate was reasonable and delivered professionally. The installation started on time and ended neatly. The craftsmanship was excellent. We would recommend this company to anyone.

When he came out he explained to my wife and I that we had to put gutters around the entire house and garage or we would just be diverting the run off to another place. I work from home and this was my wife's project so after I heard him say that I knew what my answer was and went back to my office upstairs to work. A few days later when I was talking it over with my wife I found out that he asked her 'what my problem was' after I had returned inside. Needless to say that news didn't help his over engineered bid. I took physics in college, and I understand the path of least resistance. I don't need gutters around the entire parameter of my house and garage to divert a runoff in three areas of my roof. And a little advice, don't talk crap about the husband to the wife unless you are sure the wife doesn't like the husband, in normal committed relationships we share those kind of comments when someone makes them about our spouse, you might do more business by keeping your comments to yourself and not over engineering your designs.

Gina showed up on time for estimate. Called me back the day I left the message and was out the next day. Showed up at 8:00 am as promised on the morning for installation.

I have a large roof and a drainage issue. Ordered an over sized gutter and downspout. The company contact promptly returned all calls in a timely manner and showed up as promised for both the estimate and the install. Very pleased with the installation and look. Already had some decent monsoon rains and the gutter is doing exactly what I hoped it would do... channel the water to another place.

Dave and Gina Herre work together as a team. Gina came out to see what we needed and gave us the estimate which I though was more than reasonable compared to another one we had that was more than twice the price Sun Valley quoted us. She was very patient while my wife and I contemplated which color to go with. After we accepted, she left and called back within an hour with a date for the install, one week later from 5-7AM. Since we have a big backyard that is not currently landscaped we let them drive their truck up to the back patio which they appreciated since the gutters are made on site by a machine in the back of the truck. We also needed custom collector box pieces for the patio downspouts and they had them ready when they showed up. They are dog lovers and didn't mind our dogs being out and giving them lots of "attention" while they worked. They were prompt, courteous, and professional and we are very pleased with the results, especially given the recent rains. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing gutters.

Sun Valley Guttering came out and provided an initial estimate knowing that I would have to submit the plan to the HOA for approval. When I finally received the approval, I called them and they quickly fit me into their schedule. Gina and Dave were able to install the gutters that morning and even made a few adjustments where they saw a need at no extra costs. They were professional and efficient with a terrific customer service attitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs gutter replacement or repair.

I will use them again. They were great and provided great service and were prompt. I spent about $600 or $700 on that service. It was a small team, but they maybe a little bigger now. They came back and did a couple of things that I asked and I thought that they were a real good company. I would highly recommend them to others.
