Description of Work: Gave this as a gift to my mother. Received 2 estimates, one, if we did additional work in the back yard then the voucher would cover the front yard and two, iff we didn't do the backyard then the front yard would be almost 400 dollars more. Not in line with estimates from other companies. Mother opted to go with another company.

Description of Work: Follow up and responsiveness was bad. I had the work planned for Friday and it was cancelled with no call from the owner. I called several times to find out what happened but no response from owner. But did get a call from worker who confirmed that the work would not be performed on scheduled day. This worker did confirmed that he would perform the services the following week. The owner performed the work on the following Friday and it was satisfactory.
