Description of Work: Fixed a finicky garage door opener; another had failed to fix properly. Replace another opener that would open on its own (it seemed every time we went out of town). Other companies didn't seem to know that the model was known to have that defect.

+ -1 moreThe company immediately sent me an e-mail to set up a time for the technician to arrive. The remotes for the garage door open had been starting to intermittently not work. After a check of the motor, it was determined that it needed to be replaced. The motor was the original installed when the house was built 15 years ago. A new motor was installed, remotes were programmed and an outside keypad was installed. The technician was extremely helpful. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Needed to get garage door tuned up and needed to fix the garage opener pad as it was not easy to press and open. Matt was awesome, arrived early explained the work as he went. Helped pair my car to the opener. Very knowledgeable and nice guy. Would definitely hire again.

He doesn't charge a service-call fee and told me upfront the exact cost of repair/replacement, He was very professional and even emailed me my invoice. This was the third time in 5 years that I needed repair on my garage door and I will definitely be calling Magnum Garage Door in the future and referring family and friends.
