the person was very punctual and called before arrival. Answered questions that I had about in indoor pest control.

So far so good. I don't see the bugs. I got a 10 year guarantee for termites. The workers were good.

Everything went fine. It just worked for a month. Usually, it worked for more than a month. I can't say thing anything else. I won't use them again that's for sure.

It was kind of medium. It was alright. It wasn't wonderful but it seemed to be okay. I didn't have a real problem. I wanted to investigate a potential problem, and get to him to spray, etc. I have no way of knowing how good he sprayed. Since I didn't have that kind of problem before, he certainly didn't make it any worse or if he made it any better, I don't know. They didn't try to sell me anything. They were very much quite satisfactory. They didn't pressure me into a contract. They said they were available. However, they didn't have a service that I would have been interested in which was rat control. That was a service that they don't provide.

Magic Pest has great customer service and attention. I purchased the $95.00 scorpion service through Angie's List. Magic Pest contacted me that day and scheduled the service. They were able to work around my hectic travel schedule as well. Magic PestRep showed up right on time and efficiently performed service. I will definitely use Magic Pest again and plan on securing a bi-monthly service with them for my new house. I really appreciated that they use a pet safe spray inside the house.

They came twice; initial application and follow up. Initial application was very through; follow up could have been better. I have lived in my home for 20 years and last year was the first time I had a problem with scorpions. Go figure. In any case, the treatment greatly reduced, but did not eliminate, the problem. I had no more scorpions in the house. I did use a black light to inspect the block fence on a regular basis, and would find (and kill) about three (1/3 acre lot). Might have been traveling from my neighbor's yard.

The whole experience was excellent! The technician (Travis) was polite, professional and thorough. We will definitely engage them again and recommend them to others.

We purchased this service for our rental property tenants and they handled the communication directly with Magic Pest Control. The arrangements worked perfectly and our tenants said the service rep was prompt, professional, and thorough. Thank you!

The initial response was very quick. They called set up an appointment and arrived early. They treated the interior and exterior of the house for ants with spray and traps. They told us to call them back if we saw any ants in the next 30 days. About a week later the ants returned so we called and set another appointment. Again they were prompt to respond and set the appointment. When they arrived we told them where we were seeing the ants both in the kitchen area and exterior of the house. They again sprayed both the interior and exterior. This did not last 2 days before the ants were back. we have called them as soon as we see the ants return. The last call we were told that our 30 days were up and even though they did not get rid of the ants as promised we were told that our 30 days were up and they would not return. So now the ants are worse than before and we are out the $85.00. I would not recommend them or use their service again.

Went well, except for not mentioning verbally that, as stated in the written contract, there was a $125.00 annual fee to keep the warranty in effect and the company would not remind us. Should we neglect to send the renewal fee, the warranty would become void. Fortunately, the company was quick to respond to my review and clarify that the price DID include the warranty for ten years and the company would remind me when the warranty period was up. Also, reiterated that the warranty was transferable should we sell the house. Whether I just didn't listen carefully or the verbal explanation was incomplete is moot. The company's quick clarification was appreciated.

Service went well from initial contact after purchase through completion of service. Office staff and technicians provide professional and courteous service.

Prompt, professional and efficient. Setting up the appointment with the Angie's List deal was very easy as well.

They arrived on time and completed their work in a timely manner. The trenching was covered up and when they left everything looked as it did before they arrived.

Worst case was in garage in ceiling. Hard to get to, but did a great job.

I purchased the $599 termite treatment & 10 year warranty deal through Angie's List. The two young gentlemen who came out to do the work were on-time, professional. and courteous. They explained all the details of the treatment, and worked efficiently to get it done. I'd use them again.

It was pretty good. It looked like they missed a couple weeds in the front but that's okay.

I just wanted to add an update, Joe came for the July extermination service and did an excellent job, he was professional and friendly. Looks like switching to Magic Pest was a great move on my part, I am very happy with them so far.

We had gone through and priced a few other companies. They were the best priced and did a better job than most of the other companies. They did more than the other companies. They did a much more thorough job. They know their job and what they are doing. They were prompt, courteous and did everything they should do. They did a great job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if I need to.

The scheduling was super easy and the came out as they committed.
