They showed up drilled the holes needed, filled up all the areas that need to be treated. Then covered there drill holes with cement, cleaned up the area, and answered any question. Great job

Called, agreed on price with ongoing service every 2 months. Had a NO CALL, NO SHOW by the tech. I called back but they were closed. Left a message letting them no about no show. Still waiting for a return call. I will not hire them now even if they call back. Very unreliable.

Thorough spraying. Someone was using bathroom when agent was doing inside of house. He skipped bathroom at that time and did outside of home. Returned to do bathroom when no longer occupied.

Brandon and Richard did a thorough job and gave me explicit instructions so I could watch for any new termite signs. Their five year contract is very reasonable and they cleaned up after they drilled around the house to eradicate the problem. Great company to work with.

Horrific. Please read the google and yelp reviews before you hire this company. Most customers will not hire them again. As you can see with all the bad reviews this company is extremely dishonest, unethical and disorganized. The owner Nelson Ruiz whom advertises that his company will never go anywhere and that he is a Phoenix Fire Fighter to get your business. He sells his termite treatments with a renewal fee but he never honors them. He is hoping you do not renew because he will not make profit. This guy will never return your calls. In addition, he advertises 100% guarantee but he never guarantees the work. His tech also damaged the slab on my home and he has Cindy Castillo manage the business and she is dishonest. They also billed me for pest control which I already paid. My best advice to stay far away from this company otherwise you will regret it. Stick with a reputable and larger company this company should be out of business the way they treat their customers. Cindy Castillo also sent me a bill for service which I paid and she stated she submitted a refund. Complete false information. Stay away from this company.

I was using Magic pest control from last two years and initially it was good but recently technician named 'Reggie Rivera' did multiple pest control for scorpions but we still see the scorpions in our backyard. This guy also did not sprayed properly and if we give any suggestions, he will not listen and behaves very strage

Everything went very well. I had to initiate all the contact, but everyone was kind and professional. The service tech was outstanding. No complaints on the initial treatment. Magic Pest also assumes liability for any damage they cause while drilling. There were multiple companies here on Angie's List that make you responsible if they break anything while doing their job. How do those companies get on this sight. Very happy with Magic Pest.

The termite treatment crew arrived on time. They explained the scope of the treatment that they were going to perform and got right to work. They answered all My questions and made sure I understood Their explanation. They were all professional and helpful. I would definitely use Them again.

Sebastian and his helper Alex, seemed to know what they were doing. Sebastian answered all my questions. Of course, with termites, it remains to be seen how effective the treatment was.

Everything went as layed out in the treatment plan, there have been no signs of termites since the job was performed.

Very knowledgable and professional. They did a pre-treat inspection to formulate a plan specific to my live termites. Both pre-inspection and treatment appointments they were right on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

They come out here monthly. I think I pay $450 a year. I get 2 scorpion treatments a year, and with my termite thing I get an annual inspection on my termites. If they see anything or notice anything they spray for free. I think that is a 10 year warranty. There are things that I have not liked or shouldn't have happened but over all they are one of the better companies. I would use them again. They come every month already as it is. I have been using them for a few years now.

They were flexible when I had to reschedule, prompt, professional and friendly. The technician provided me with educational tips and information while he sprayed, which I appreciated.

It's only been a couple of weeks but no more critters. They made a trip AND a followup trip about two weeks later. Applied chemicals and laid traps. One trap picked up a young rattlesnake in the garage! No more scorpions, either. So far so good.

It went well. I am having the home inspection, and will find out tomorrow. I explained to them the package I purchased. The people were really nice and did an excellent job. The young man that came out basically said that if I see anything, to call them and they will come back out. Overall, it went well and I schedule them to come out once a year. Two people came out. The home sits on a flat foundation. One of the things that he mentioned was that the property was tilted in a way to keep protection from the termites entering in, and because it was caught in the early stage, they were able to treat it. He did an excellent job of walking me around the property and showing me where he noticed the trails. I had someone out to treat the landscaping, and they noticed a little trail. I did not have to pay anymore than the Big Deal.
