Description of Work: They performed a termite inspection and treatment and an indoor and outdoor general pest treatment. The only hiccup was when the termite truck arrived, they did not have the chemicals to do the general pest treatment. A second appointment was made and the treatment was performed, but in all it took two appointments. They were very cordial and prompt at all times.

Description of Work: Initial termite treatment. It went well, the only two minor issues I had were that one of the access panels he installed in my master bath is crooked and visible forever and he left a little mess of drywall pieces and dust. Other than that it was a good experience.

Description of Work: I'm sure that Magic Pest Control would have done a great job...all the reviews said so. My issue is that they wanted to schedule me two weeks out and the scorpions that I have in and around my house are hungry now. My only slight irritation is that I had to purchase the service to find out it was going to take two weeks. If I had known, I never would have purchased the service in the first place. They apologized and that was good. I did hire another Angie's List Client....[Name Removed]. I ended up calling them and hiring them directly rather then go through Angie's List.
