Description of Work: Treatment didn't make weeds go away the first time, so they had to come back and retreat a second time. The equipment malfunctioned on the second visit, but at least the weeds died. Customer service was inconsistent with their answers, and said rain would not effect efficacy of treatment, but then changed their mind when I called a second time. This company is new at weed control, which showed in my experience with them.

Description of Work: The company treated my desert landscaped front yard with a pre and post emergent weed killing solution. | |Their timing was THE problem with this job. When the company contacted me to service my yard they could not come out for another 10 to 14 days. When you want your yard rid of growing weeds, 2 weeks is a long time to wait for service. I scheduled for Friday June 12th. As the date approached I emailed the company on Wed. Jun 10th to confirm the June 12 appt. The company confirmed by email. June 12 came and no one from the company showed up. When I contacted the company on the following Monday I got an email response saying "Ooops, they misread their calendar. My job was scheduled for June 19th! (which was not true)...and that my house would be the 1st job of the day. The company did come out on Friday June 19th to treat my landscaped front yard for weeds. That about a Month after I purchased the deal on Angie's List. There were a lot more, taller weeds by then. | |

Description of Work: Completely miscomunicated through ad on a hoist on line. The work for the price is overly outrageous expensive. For a 10 minutes of weed spraying on the gravel cost a hundred bucks. Something like this will never done again through Angie's list. So far angies list had cost more than my own research. Live and learn.

Description of Work: Magic Pest sprayed outside for termites (their "prevention" package) and both outside and inside for other pests. They were all polite. It seemed to be a good value for the money, as I also received a 10 year warranty for the termite control. My concerns may be misplaced, but I will raised them to indicate why I rated the service a B instead of an A. 1)The quickness of the termite treatment made me wonder how thorough it was. 2)I have a number of marks on my west wall, which I think may have been caused by the hose of the later pest control service.
