Description of Work: Termite control. They did good work according to our tenants. However, they did not respond to my specific request for pictures and other information. I am a remote landlord and so feedback is very important to me. So will use them only because of the warranty they have with me.

Description of Work: Sebastian was great! He cheerfully treated the whole house inside and out. We mentioned the crawl space and he was treating it almost before we finished the sentence. He let us know how the treatment worked and how to keep our pets safe around it. We found only dead bugs for a few days and nothing since. Because we were finding scorpions every few days we are very satisfied with the results. Great job.
