Very easy to schedule (for same day), coordinated with realtor for home access, performed the inspection, and duly sent the detailed report. I was not present during the inspection.

Nelson and his team did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly and VERY clean. You could not tell that all that work had been done. They worked hard and smart. Nelson did everything he said he would do when he gave us an estimate. We had another company scheduled, but when Nelson came, my husband said immediately "I know which company I want to do the work." We cancelled the other company and scheduled Nelson for the job. Also, we got a 10 year warranty which, according to the other company, is unheard of. We would definitely use this company again, in fact, we are having them to general pest control in a few days. I had an excellent experience with this company. From the receptionist, to the salesman to the serviceman who did the work. All excellent. You can tell they want return business by the way the treat you. It was at a rental property, and they were very considerate and sensitive to the tenants. They offered the best deal of any company, and they showed me their work. Cleaned up afterwards, after digging trenches all around the home, you couldn't tell, as they put the landscape rocks back perfectly. I would recommend them to my family. And I will be using them again. I have only used them for preventative termite treatment, but I'm sure they are excellent at all pest control.

It went very well. They were courteous and efficient. They did what they had to do, checked around the house once more and then left.

It was a one time service. They dealt with my wife and she said they were nice, they were pleasant, and they explained everything about the different poisons.

The servicemen were prompt, seemed very knowledgeable and very thorough. At the time of the first visit they advised me to remove some vines from the garage wall to allow them to treat the building and prevent infestation, and arranged for a second visit. I was completely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with them went very well. It was pretty easy and they were easy to work with. Not only did they come out and inspect it, they treated it the same day and I did not expect that actually. They were friendly. They were respectful of the property and there was a couple of areas that we wanted them to be careful with. We have fake grass at the back and they didn't mess that up. Everything we asked them, they were able to work around, which was good. So they seemed pretty flexible. They were very neat and clean. They also offered a free regular service as part of their deal.

Once we purchased the special on Angie's list we waited a few days to make the call for an appointment. Nelson answered and said someone would be calling us in a couple of days to make the appointment, after another few days and no call back. we called Magic Pest ourselves to schedule the appt. we had guessed after they had already been paid for some time and had not returned our call maybe we better call back. After the appt was made. The Tech Mark was on time very respectful, clean and mannerly. Mark explained everything with no surprises, he told us what to look for in the future, We did not have Termites but we know they have been in the area down the street. We wanted an inspection and treatment with piece of mind. The 10 year warranty is what sold us. Every thing went well, was done in a couple of hours and very clean about the whole process.

They are prompt, spray very thoroughly and always do the job with a bit of extra care. Richard is my primary contact with the company and he has been wonderful to deal with. He is conscientious, thoughtful and does a great job. I have been very happy with services they provide and with their customer service. I have recommended Magic Pest Control to my family and friends.

It went smoothly and just as they described to me. Magic always calls prior to our normal schedule day each month to remind us of upcoming service and check to see if we are having any out of the norm issues. I told them we saw a scorpion outside and felt it was time to do a scorpion service along with our spray. Richard came out and as usual serviced the house with no hassle and completely. He let us know what he had done and to call the office if we have any questions or concerns. Wonderful service as usual.

I have been using Magic Pest control for several years for my home pest service. They are a great and reliable company. I think their price is better than anyone out there and I know that they use good products. I had several companies that could not get rid of my roach problem. After I started using Magic Pest Control I have not had any more problems. They have great customer service. Their employees are always dressed professional and are very courteous.

They were trying to not come out here until I had something to show. They were very responsive. I got the sense that they were very thorough, and that they weren't going to waste my money, based on the way that he handled himself. He seemed very honest. Their pricing was really reasonable. I researched them, and I thought they were reasonable. They were very professional.

The price was competitive but most importantly the folks at Magic Pest were extremely friendly, professional and we had great customer service. One thing we really liked about them was that since we had just moved into the house, they were very understanding of our situation. Since they were only able to do so much given the state of our roof (and we couldn't afford to fix the roof yet, but direly needed to get rid of the pigeons), they were willing to come back and work based on our schedule - to help us entirely get rid of the pigeons. We've also since used them for sealing the house and have them coming back monthly to spray. We've been phenomenally happy with the understanding and the professionalism of Magic Pest and continue to use them.

THEY WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME WHEN I NEEDED THE SERVICE. THEY HAVE NO CONTRACTS. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED, WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.
