It went well. They came out yesterday to take care of a recurring. I am very pleased with their service. They're very courteous and thorough and professional.

It turned out very well. I had Termidor treatment - in which you have to drill a hole all the way around the house and through any of the concrete every nine inches -done twice before by another pesticide company and these fellows re-drilled each one of those holes and pumped the solution down and they did a good job. They weren't prepared to do that because they said, for Angie's List customers we generally don't do this, we just check the house for termites and then give them a certificate that they need future treatment. I had had my treatment five years ago and the warranty on that was running out so I told them I wanted it done and they did and they did a good job but they weren't prepared to do that because it's quite a chore. You have to re-cement up each one of the little holes that you drill and it's big job but they did a good job. It takes five years to actually see the results but so far everything looks good.

The service went fine. I wasn't here when the service was done but as far as I know it was fine. I haven't seen any termite.

When buying our new house, our inspection report identified that we had three termite tubes on the back wall. Since we don't plan on living there more than a few years, I only wanted a "spot" treatment on that area - didn't need a full blown service. I originally called Termenix. They wanted about $1800 for a full house prevention treatment and continued service. They wouldn't even offer "spot" treatment. I called around, Magic Pest was the lowest price and would perform just the work I needed. Since the only issue was with a strip about 1 foot long, this was the best solution. Magic Pest fit the bill with lowest price and was on-time and done in about 15min.

It was alright. The initial part was a little bit frustrating. They proposed a date on Angies List and they came on that date and I was out of state. They never confirmed it. So then time has gone by and I tried calling them, because they haven't contacted me. Then I kind of got a little bit an attitude from them saying they were here and I weren't here. I said sorry, I was out of state and I don't know how an appointment got scheduled if I was out of state. But they came yesterday and it's alright now. The two guys that came were very nice and appeared to do a good job. I think their price was average for what they were offering, because my next door neighbor just got it done without going through Angies List and paid the exact same amount that I did.

They either applied it by drilling holes in the exterior concrete around the base of the house or by digging a trench around the perimeter of my home. The men that came out were quick, did an excellent job (all the holes were refilled with concrete) and promised that they would come out again to complete the job. (I didn't realize I had to have everything pulled away from the walls of the garage and patio.) They even gave me a certificate that said they would reapply the termite chemical yearly, should I have any further problems. Their work is guaranteed for ten years.

They came out to the house and did a limited treatment because we did not see signs of termites - yet. They offered a ten year guarantee and told us if we found signs of termites in the future, they would come out and do a complete treatment.

I had purchased the Big Deal offer. They were very good. Their price was right, they did a good job, they came quickly and did it ahead of time. The provider came out and checked my house and did a good job.

They were excellent. THey did go above and beyond they were very knowledgeable they came out right away very professional and easy to do business with.

The two guys that came to administer the services were prompt, friendly, through and courteous. They examined the damage to the wood trim and determined it was from a previous termite issue, that was dealt with, prior to purchasing the home. Basically this purchase ended up being an insurance policy for 10 years.

The two exterminators were on time and courteous. They surveyed the outside of my home and explained what they would treat and what they were using to eradicate the termite infestation. They had to move some boxes on my patio due to the fact that I'm in the middle of a remodel and they moved them, did their job and put them back. There was a very good guarantee with this service and I was pleased. I will use them in the future.

It couldn't have gone smoother. Magic Pest Control called to set up the appointment within 24 hours. Showed up at the appointed time, did the inspection and treatment, gave me the warranty, explanning everything as they went. 2 very clean cut men, very courteous and professional.

It went well, when I first called the owner actually talked to me, he was very friendly. their price was the lowest I saw. very professional told me what they would do and then told me what they did. never had a bug problem, but crikets were driving me crazy, have not heard or seen one since. Very pleased.

Everything went well except the rodent traps were not placed and I had to the call the office twice to get them installed. That took two weeks before they came back with the traps and I was then informed that this service costs extra. I should have been told when I placed my order for services, which included the rodent traps.

I thought the service was excellent. The technicians explained what they would do and cleaned everything up when they were done.
