It went well but you don't know how effective it is for several weeks. We saw scorpions in the house about 3 times in a year. We live against the mountain preserve so we know they are in the yard. We just want to keep them outside. The employees were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and how the various strategies worked. They use three different ways to keep the scorpions out. Previous exterminators just sprayed. I was completely satisfied with the call and would use them again.

Magic Pest Control did show up this am for an estimate; however I was not home due to the fact another company came yesterday and the deal was not specific as to who would be performing the services.

Magic staff are very efficient, very informative and very professional. They did an excellent job on my home and property.

They called and were able to make it out an hour earlier than our given appt, which was fine. They got here, were very nice, personable and professional. They were here almost an hour and covered our entire property performing their duties. I liked both of the employees very much. I would difinately recommend Magic Pest Control to any of my friends and neighbors as well as family members.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for Termite Inspection, and was contacted the next business day by Magic Pest Control. Although our home is a bit larger than what was specified in 'The'Deal', a fair additional amount was set during this initial call. They set an appointment convenient with my schedule and their 2 technicians arrived exactly on time. The work was done with no intrusion to myself or my family other than a little noise while moving gravel away from the house. When finished (about 1 hour) the technicians gave a full explanation of what had been done. They even did a complete pest control treatment while there. There were NO hidden fees, NO surprises, and NO solicitations for 'additional work' that may or may not be necessary - VERY PROFESSIONAL! Looking around after the service was done showed that all was back in order. The service also included a 5-year written 'No Termite' guarantee. Overall, I believe this deal saved 25-30% over competitor prices and I was very pleased the job came with excellent customer care to boot! I have already recommended Magic Pest Control to a neighbor.

It was great. The deal was for 2,000 square feet and my house excluding the garage is 13,000 square feet and I knew that it wasn't for the entire house. But what the guy did was where I was having the problem was in garage and so he was very professional. He did the treatment on the garage and did the inspection on the entire house. Everything they did was very professional and upfront.

Prompt and courteous service. They seemed to know what they were doing. We haven't seen any scorpions since then (it's been a little over 2 weeks). The only thing I would strongly recommend is that they stop placing the sticky traps outdoors. These caught two lizards and there was no way to save them. Those lizards would have eaten many more scorpions than the traps would have caught.

They arrived on time and introduce themselves as well as stayed in touch in confirming the appointment date/time. A complete and professional job, was very happy.

Came out around 10p and got to work spraying, setting up traps and dropping the white powder in key areas. They flushed a hand-full of scorpions out and killed them. They offered some other information up for me to try on my own. I signed up for their bi-monthly service, hopefully that will resolve any further issues we have with the scorpions.

Scheduling was fine and the technician was also fine. The treatment was helpful. They treated the front doors and around the house. They did what they were supposed to do. The service was a little pricey. I have no complaints.

It went great. They were efficient, and took care of the treament in a timely manner. I would use their services again, I'm actually going to contact them again for a bee removal project.

They sprayed around the perimeter of the house and inside as well. If there were items along the wall, they skipped those areas and sometimes I needed to ask them to spray in certain areas they walked by. The front and back patios were drilled into from top to bottom and filled with termite treatment, then filled in with concrete. I was hoping that the holes were not as visible. The scheduling staff were very helpful. The workers came on time, did their work, cleaned up after themselves, and there were no suprises. Very stressfree!

Great. They showed up on time, we polite and efficient. Dug the trench around the foundation, layed the pesticide down and covered the trench and replaced moved items. Very pleased with the whole process.

The service providers were on time and professional. Great job from setting up the appointment through the service. Highly recommend plus a TEN year warranty! all other providers I looked into only offered FIVE years.

It worked out fine. I am happy with the price.

The application seemed very fast. When I reviewed a YouTube video for proper application methods, the demonstration shows a thermador being poured into a deep trench; the suggested application is to dig around the perimeter of the house. Magic just scraped the rock away, and poured the treatment on the surface. This could be standard for AZ, but it just didn't appear to be the best way to apply.

The two individuals that they sent out were wonderful! I would not hesitate to use them again

Pest control services. Technician arrived on time and completed service in a professional manner.

They worked around my schedule as this is for a 2nd home. The coupon ($745) was for a 2,500 Sq. Ft home and my home was 2,800 Sq. Ft., so I was charged an additional $300 which I think is reasonable. The treatment took the better part of 4 hours with 2 men working constantly. They moved (and replaced) the shelving in my garage to complete the treatment in this area. Their 10-year warranty is transferable to a new owner. Their service also included a pest control treatment for inside & outside. A great service provider that I recommend and will use for my continuing pest control services.

The guys called to let me know they were on their way. Showed up on time. They really put in the effort to make sure I got a thorough treatment. Very friendly, clean and professional. Termites are dead! A+

I had used this company on my rental property last year so I called them for my personal residence. They were prompt and courteous with the inspection and on time for the service. It involved quite a bit of drilling on the exterior. They cleaned up after the work was completed and the price had been set prior to the service. They left a piece of their equipment behind that I noticed the next day so I called them to let them know. They retrieved it promptly. I have a small shed built on a concrete pad. I had identified this to the crew and mentioned that I had seen a termite tube there. When I inspected it after they had left, there were no drill holes, the crack where the termites had been did not show any dampness or any other signs that they had treated it. I had them look at this when they retrieved the tool and they were certain they had done this spot but I cannot tell. Maybe it is the 'magic' in their name. They will need to come back and treat an area when I replace some carpeting over one section of the slab and I will have them retreat this area. Other than this area of doubt, it seems fine. The trouble with things like this is how to be certain that the termites are truly GONE. Time will tell. I would use them again.

A very complete visual inspection prior to termite treatment. A perimeter termite treatment. An interior pest treatment. An outdoor surface treatment. The service exceeded my expectations. Happy with the service and the price.
