They were very contentious and professional. They did a nice job at explaining things to me. Such as what they were doing and walked me through the process. My realtor recommended them to me and I would use them again. I purchased a 2 year program. If I ever have termites or see termites activity they will come out and re-treat and or do what needs to be done.

Inspected interior and exterior for "signs" of termites. Dug narrow trench around exterior foundation, drilled holes around foundation-adjacent slabs, delivered treatment, covered trench and concreted holes. Holes are very small, which I liked. Did a good job from start to finish.

I think it was horrible. I'm not sure they even completed the service. We just pulled up carpets to put new carpeting down, and we saw we have termite damage.

My husband watched them do everything and thought they did a good job. They were great! They arrived on time and the man who lead the team was very knowledgeable. The process is a liquid that they pour around the house. There were no additional fees associated with the deal. It was a little pricey, but I've had termites before and I wanted to make sure that I used the very best thing. Their quality was fine and there is an extended warranty available.

I contracted with a company (not Magic Pest) in 2009 for termite control using Termidor, but found to my dismay that the termites had returned with a vengeance 4 years later. Despite paying an annual fee, they refused to treat the problem. When I contacted the AZ gov't to find out the termite history of my home, it turned out that company had used a generic ....not Termidor - no wonder it didn't work. In frustration, I contacted Nelson Ruiz of Magic Pest and he came out, did a thorough inspection, showing me exactly where the problem was. He gave me a written guarantee that he uses Termidor. He honored the Angie's List coupon and his team came to my home and did an amazing job. What a difference! Magic Pest stands by their work, are fair and honest, on-time, thorough, and they even cleaned up the site so well that one would not know they had even been there. There was absolutely no comparison between the work that had been done previously, and that of the Magic Pest team. They are top-notch and I enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone dealing with unwanted pests.

They came out quickly after I purchased the deal. I had scorpions getting into the house so I was glad they came out quickly. The cost is $30/month. I think it's going well. I've been bed ridden because I broke my leg so I haven't seem them in about 2 months. The people I've dealt with over there have been very nice though. They are always one time as well.

Awesome!!! The guys did a fabulous job. They treated the entire perimeter of the yard including the fence and suspect areas near/around the house and garage.

It went really well and we are very satisfied. Scheduling was easy and waited a couple of months to schedule service. They were very thorough. We’d had other pest control companies come out and they weren’t as thorough as Magic Pest Control.

The service men were pleasant and friendly. A couple of minor shortcuts were taken during application but the package came with a 10 Year warranty so any possible future issues will be covered.

They did a good job. They were on time, polite and I had no problems with them. They put the treatment in the ground as well as in the ceiling in the house. The guys that came out were awesome but the office staff were terrible at communicating. They were supposed to come back and do another treatment after we moved things in the garage, but I haven’t spoken with them yet but it’s because I haven’t called them.

Great service, great job. Service technician arrived on time and was very quick and professional. He cleaned up after himself and left the areas serviced better than he found them.

I don't know much about termites and he informed me of some things about them and treated my home. However, I was unhappy that there was no 5-year warranty. I would not be willing to work with this company again, unless they rectified the issue.

Provider arrived on time of appointment. My garage was infested with termites so they treated the area along with the outside of the house. I had moved everything in my garage to the center so they could get to it and when they finished they had moved things back to where they had been. The price was excellent and I appreciate getting this service done with such efficiency. They were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Magic Pest Control to all.

Great experience. Having never lived in AZ we didn't know how to deal with termites. The folks at Magic Pest were responsive and helped educate us on how to spot termite issues. Not only did they come during their appointment to treat our house for termites, but they came a second time to treat the areas that were previously blocked. They offered to come out in the future if we see any termite issues again.

We were worried we were infested with bedbugs after people were getting bites in a bed and on a couch that gets slept on a lot. I called several companies to get details about their bedbug services, got an estimate for one that they could come out on Tuesday. I called Magic Pest Control to see when they could come out, and they said "Are you free now?" It was 1:30pm on a Saturday (half an hour before they were due to close) and they were at my house in 15 minutes to do a free inspection! We were really expecting bedbugs and a pricetag of several hundred dollars to treat the house. One of our household members had, however, panicked and done vacuuming, steam cleaning, buying bedbug proof mattress covers, DEing the infested areas, and so we weren't sure if there would be anything left on the surface for an inspector to find and were dubious when he said they weren't bedbugs. The things he pointed out didn't look like what my roommate had seen before which he said looked like bedbugs. Richard, the exterminator, was very thorough in his explanations about it, and my roommate looked up chinch bugs and found that there was a stage in their lifecycle that looked more like bedbugs and matched what he had seen before. (He had crushed some of the first bugs he had seen and did not leave blood, so he was convinced by that demonstration from the exterminator). We were extremely impressed by the timeliness of their service (it relieved a whole lot of panic!) and that they told us it wasn't bedbugs when we were perfectly ready to pay a lot for bedbug service! That they told us recommendations on how to handle the problem ourselves and prevent it from reoccurring vs. what the exterminator would do we were really impressed. We will be hiring them when they reopen on Monday. EDIT----2 days later we did find bed bugs and he said we only needed to treat that one room because that was infested. However he never checked the other rooms for bed bugs so I don't know if the problem will happen again with these other rooms.

I did like them. I liked what they had offer. I like their demeanor when they came out. They were on time and helpful. They were able to give me accurate information. They told me exactly what I was getting and what I was paying. I'm happy with them.

Came out for a preview visit.....determined damage......explained how and why termites come to certain houses...did a through job on day of treatment

I bought a deal on Angies list and quickly scheduled an appt. Magic showed up on time, drilled and treated my home for termites. I was getting ready to put the house up for sale, and they were prompt, professional, fairly priced and offered a transferable 10 year warranty.

Purchased deal on Angie's list and made appointment online. They showed up on time and were done quickly. Would definitely use them again for pest issues.
