Purchased a deal for the Termidor Termite Treatment with a 10 year warranty for $599... this is truly a bargain! Technicians arrived on time, were well groomed, did a very thorough job, and were extremely professional. If you need a termite treatment, I would not call anyone other than these guys!

Grabbed the scorpion elimination deal on Angie's last year. They came out at night, sprayed, did their thing, and we signed up for bi-monthly service. At the start of this year, we decided we were going to need monthly service and they confirmed we'd start receiving monthly service starting April. When they didn't show up, I called to confirm the monthly, they said it would start in May, and I was confirmed. May came, and we were told 1 price, invoiced another, and charged a 3rd amount. Once I confirmed we were on the monthly service, we got the billing straightened out. Well, June is here, and no-show, a follow-up call reveals we are once again not on the monthly service, and they're not able to come out for at least a week. I don't get it. We just want monthly service to eliminate our pests. We decided to cancel our service with them, to which they never questioned and just canceled our service immediately, so I'm assuming they get that a lot. We were able to find another company that does monthly service.

Company was prompt to respond to my request and scheduled within a couple of days. Arrived on time and worked cleanly and efficiently. Purchased a 10 year guarantee. Very happy with service.

sprayed all property but solution appeared to be diluted. when sprayed directly on live scorpion many, many times, it did nothing to it. they put down a protective barrier along doors, garage in front of house, but would not do the back of the house.

They came out and said they couldn't take my money because I don't have any live termite activity, so the service wasn't necessary. I was very surprised and thankful because I wouldn't have known the difference. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to refund my money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just got our second spraying. Once again extremely satisfied with the service. They have very polite and professional employees. I would strongly recommend anybody to go with this service provider. The Technician arrived on time. Inspected the interior for any signs of termites (none) and then inspected under my home. He discussed with me that there were no signs of termites so he would do a complete preventative treatment underneath. After applying the preventative treatment the Tech, Nelson Ruiz, filled out the paperwork, explained the 10 year warranty., checked that I had no further questions and left. Overall, Mr Ruiz was prompt and courteous, did a good job and I will continue to use Magic Pest Control in the future. Thanks Angie's List for the Big Deal with Magic Pest Control. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the two young men who arrived to perform the inspection and treatment. They were thorough and respectful of my home and of me. They took time to carefully explain everything to me before and after the treatment began. I knew when I purchased the offer that it included a ten year warranty and an annual inspection. This was also stated in writing and can be transferred to any future buyer within thirty days of the sale. This part was very important to me. I also liked that they sprayed for other insects the first year and could be contracted to do that on the day of future inspections. I would definitely recommend Magic Pest Control.

The Magic pest control guys arrived as scheduled and promptly started work trenching the property and drilling the foundation where necessary. They used a two person crew and both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgable on the various options I had to treat different termite issues around my home. They started my 2800 soft house at 730am and finished by 1115am. The only thing they didn't do was the complementary bug treatment which was supposed to be included. I called the office and they apologized for the inconvenience and scheduled the complementary bug treatment at my earliest convenience. I would recommend this company for termite treatment as they had the best prices I could find when factoring warranty into the cost and their service was top notch. Thank you Magic Pest Control!

On the outside they put traps in the garage. They came out and I did continue to have scorpions afterward. They told me that within 2 weeks’ time, I should have noticed a difference. I did not call them back to fix that.

The original inspector was professional, prompt and informative. The techs were the same and seemed diligent and enjoyed their job. They were all easy to talk with and learn from. One of the reasons the cost was acceptable was due to factoring in the number of years they make free inspection trips honoring their 10-year warranty.

They have missed 2 scheduled appointments. The last one yesterday between 2-4 pm and didn't show up.

Came out three weeks prior and did a treatment for scorpions both inside and outside the house. We have a large back yard and the went all around the yard and they treated for scorpions and ants (we thought they might just be doing scorpions.) We were very, very satisfied. They had come out previously in July and their job was just a thorough (even though it was a different person with Magic at that time. So, my point is two different employees and both were just as thorough.

They are very thorough. They are a company that really takes pride in their work. They have a great service and are always on time. They are also conscious of expenses and offer a fair price. We have been extremely satisfied with the work they do.
