Description of Work: I HAD FIRST IMPRESSIONS REPLACE MY SIDE GATE. THE QUALITY OF THE FRAME, LOCK AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WAS EXCELLENT. I DID HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION AND THE OFFICE BASED CUSTOMER SERVICES WERE NOT AS HELPFUL AS I WOULD OF EXPECTED. MY ISSUES WERE FINALLY RESOLVED BUT I DID HAVE TO PAY FOR MODIFICATION WHICH I BELIEVE LET THE COMPANY DOWN ON ITS SERVICE. NEVER THE LESS THE INSTALLER WAS EXCELLENT AND I AM HAPPY WITH MY NEW GATE.

Description of Work: Had a double front door designed and installed. From start to finish we could not have anticipated a more pleasant transaction. The salesperson, Terry Hardin, was ultra helpful and tremendously knowledgable about her product. We could not have asked for a nicer person to work with. She provided suggestions and never tried to push us in any direction. The door was designed by 1st Impressons based on our suggestions and the design was emailed to us. we asked for several changes and received email revisions very quickly. The two men who were the installers were super efficient, making certain to clean up after the job and not leaving a speck of dirt behind. They went over maintainence and information about the door with us and would not leave until we were comfortable and satisfied with everything. The bottom line is if every company had people as consciencious and professional as those we worked with at this company no one would ever have any complaints and there would not be a need for a better business bureau.
