I was pleased with the work.

They went above and beyond on telling us about the rebates that were available from our electric company. Other companies didn’t even bring it up. When asked they said they would check it out. Elevation was easy and great to work with.

Elevation Solar are very thorough. They installed the solar panels very quickly and the job was done in 1 day. All wiring was run through the roof so that nothing was exposed. They also handled all HOA and city documentation.

I had my insulation installation on June 4th, 2021. Everything was great they fit me into a spot in the schedule last-minute but communication is far from great I was supposed to get a confirmation email for my time and date from the Coordinator. Never got one but everyone is human so no biggie. The morning of the install they show up which is great! Everything is going smooth blower door test and putting down plastic to protect the carpet! awesome service! But the very next day(June 5th, 2021) we were using the recessed lighting on the 2nd story and one of the lights burned out. so I went to change the light bulb and the bulb is too hot for me to touch! I feel the drywall and the drywall are also VERY HOT! I turned off the power and pulled the trim to let the Recessed Cans cool. I sent Haydin an email at 8:03 PM he called me back 30mins later Great response time! Promises me they will make it right and come install something to protect the recessed lighting from overheating. It is now June 16th and I have not heard back. I still cannot use the recessed lighting due to a fire risk. The Energy Efficiency Coordinator reached out to me on June 10th but only with the paperwork for the install. I even replied back about getting my installation to be corrected but have not received a response back. Very disappointed and Honestly regret having this done

Working with Carmen and the team at Elevation Solar was a great experience. Except for a few Covid-19 related delays everything went according to plan. Carmen's knowledge and trustworthiness made Elevation my choice over five other companies. My panels are producing as promised and my new hobby is my daily review of production and consumption.

The quality of work was excellent. The team cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our space. The communication the day of was sub par. They were very late multiple times after I had coordinated when to be home to let the team in. Overall, good experience.

Really great company, they sealed my duct system which was covered by an program sponsered by APS and I knew nothing about it. Plus with amount of insulation blowin-in we qualified for another APS program that saved me 250.00 . Crew was very profressional and did a great job.

I did this kind of work while in high school and to put myself through college. I told the workers I had high expectations and would be inspecting their work. Everything was done as expected without me asking them to go back and correct any errors. Philip and James did such an excellent job, I requested them (as a team) to do other houses in the valley including family members and my direct neighbors.
