 + -1 moreTHE GENTLEMAN ARRIVED AT OUR HOUSE BECAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT PUTTING OUT COLD AIR. WE WERE SCARED, CONSIDERING WE ARE FIRST TIME HOME OWNERS AND WOULD NOT KNOW IF WE WERE BEING TAKEN. HE EXPLAINED IT WAS JUST A LEAK IN THE FREON AND HE REPLACED IT. HE REALLY COULD HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF US. ALL HE ASKED WAS THAT WE CONTACT HIM WHEN WE WERE READY TO SERVICE THE UNIT. JOHN LEWIS, THE TECH, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FAIR GIVEN WE WERE COMPLETELY NAIVE.
