Brett and the team did an awesome job of replacing our ducts and HVAC unit. I highly recommend them, they will not rip you off or try to charge you twice as much as other hvac companies.

First, this was the second time we have used Country Heating and Cooling. Both times they were outstanding! This time Jamie came out the same day I called and was able to fix our a/c unit within 20 minutes. Whatever electrician our builder used didn't tighten the wiring for the a/c unit down and Jamie not only fixed the not working unit but also fixed the other a/c unit and hot water heater too. Jamie took great care of us without any of the big box sell up. Thanks so much!!!!

I used CHC last year to get my units up and running, at that time they basically said I was on borrowed time. I was able to limp along through last summer, but I knew I probably wouldn't make it through this year. John and Jamie were right, three weeks ago my main 3.5 Ton unit died. I did my due diligence and got several quotes from other companies, even the company that my Mom used to have her unit replaced. After doing my research on AC brands/models, I decided to go with American Standard. I had quite a few referrals from others who have had Country Heating and Cooling (CHC) do work for them and they were all very positive. They arrived on time at 6:30 in the morning and had the new system up and running by 11:15. The crew that was onsite to replace the unit were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of the job. I have another 3 Ton unit that I will be having them replace later this year once I can save up some more money!! I would without a doubt recommend CHC to anyone looking for help fixing or replacing their ac system.

We used this provider several years ago and were happy with their service then (replaced PCB). I called at noon and they were out the next morning on time. They were going to send someone at the end of their scheduled workday, but that didn't work for our schedule. Very courteous and responsive.

Honesty is the best thing this company has. And they do great quality work. They also have good response time.

I contacted Country Heating and Cooling because my air con downstairs was not cooling. Air was coming through but it was neither cool nor consistent. The first call went to voicemail message and was returned promptly 10 minutes later. Jamie came that same afternoon to diagnose the problem. My almost 15 year old condenser unit had a failing compressor. Jamie was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when answering my questions. He gave me 3 possible solutions, a rough idea of what each would cost and said John would call me later to give me final pricing. I heard from John that evening. The next day I emailed asking for model numbers which again received a timely response. I made the appointment and they arrived right on time. The installation went smoothly and the area was meticulously cleaned upon completion. From initial contact on Tuesday to problem fixed on Friday morning, the experience was a good one. I find Country to be fair, trustworthy and professional. I like that they are family run and have recommended their wonderful customer oriented service to others.

Man, these guys are great. John found the problem in the first five minutes, and the job was done within a half hour. No tricks, just fast and skilled labor. What else do you want??

I called Country Heating and Cooling to work on my air conditioning because I had condensation dripping from the AC cabinet. They arrived on time and found and fixed the problem (clogged drain line). While he was here, he installed two new WiFi thermostats for me. The gentlemen was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and I was very surprised at how little I was charged. I will definitely call them the next time I need any AC/Heating service.

AC was not working. Turned out to be a simple repair... and they did not try to oversell, just fixed it. Technician was a pleasant gentleman. Very responsive and courteous. I was very impressed with Regina and her technician and will definately use them again in the future.

The whole process was relatively painless. I would use them again.

This is the second time we have used them and will continue to use them whenever we have a problem. They come out, check out the problem, fix it and leave. They are professional -- and our problems have been caused by geese eating the wires or by a blown fuse. Both times we had a good laugh. Without a question, I would recommend them to others.

They are close by, and are very prompt and reasonable with their charges. Their work has been good. I’ve had them come back on a follow up on something, and they came out and I don’t think they charged me anything. The last time around, the condensation line was plugged up, and so they had to unplug that and check something on the vent. The cartridge that they used to blow it out was $12.50 and the labor was $162.50. There was quite a bit to the work because it was a hot attic, and they had to come in there, find the problem and fix it. I think their prices are excellent. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Jamie has been our heating and a/c guy for many years and he told us about Angie's List. (We are very grateful for that.) He has always given real value for service. He is professional, dependable, and has saved us many dollars over the years by repairing what could be repaired and replacing what needed replacing. He comes very quickly in an emergency (like no a/c in over 110 degree weather!), and we depend on him and trust him completely. He has never let us down. We follow his advice and get checkups before turning on the a/c in summer and heater in winter. As a result our equipment has lasted many years and worked faithfully.

I first used them for my Mother's house. She was out of town and I thought her AC units were leaking and about to die. I was calling AC companies to get information, price, etc... on replacing the units. Regina Lewis was the ONLY contact person (of about 15) who actually knows something about A/C units. She helped me diagnose a broken water heater as the culprit, but I had John come out and check mom's A/C as it hadn't been done for a few years. We have been happy customers ever since. John believes in fixing things until they have reached the end of their useful life. He wants customers for life, not just the quick A/C sale. He's honest, dependable and prompt.

Very well. I called 5 companies on a Saturday and they were the most responsive. Besides not charging for the service call (which is not unreasonable given fuel prices, but sure is nice not to pay to be told something is wrong), they provided a full menu of price options including replacing my existing unit (14 yrs old) with the same model (but newer) as the builder. They started work on Sunday and completed it on Monday. My other unit is 14 yrs old and will likely suffer the same fate very soon. I will use this company to replace it as well.

Returned home today at 12.30pm to an 86 degree F house as downstairs A/C was obviously having problems. I cleaned vents and replaced filters and checked to see if air was coming through at all (which was minimal). Immediately searched Angie's List to come up with Country Heating and Cooling. Called at 1pm and spoke to Jeanie (not an answering machine) who promptly scheduled someone to come between 3-5pm. THAT'S WITHIN 2 HOURS of my call!! At a bit to 3pm, Jeanie called to tell me that Jamie was on his way and would be there within 10-15 minutes and he arrived right on time as advised. He checked the open vent and thermostat, explained the situation, replaced the new filter I had left out from before and closed the vent door. Then he proceeded outside to check the A/C unit via the side gate (not through the house) returning within 15 minutes to advise me of the situation and how much it would cost to remedy it ($280 parts $100 labor). He had everything he needed in his truck and continued working; accessing the A/C area which is on the side yard that did not have the side gate (so he walked around the house rather than through it). He also looked into a vibration/noise problem as requested by my husband and was very knowledgeable and competent in his endeavors. Total time taken was about 1.5 hours. Country H&C are very professional in all respects and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs their type of services.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional. They came out right on time and were very punctual. I know a little about air conditioning and know that they were very thorough with everything that they checked. We plan on using this company again in the future.

Our A/C wouldn't shut off and we called them for an emergency call. They were able to come out in two days which is very fast for this area in the heat of the summer when they are busiest. They were fast and cleaned up well after themselves. Our A/C works terrific now and I would call them again in a heart beat.

My experience was incredible...so much so that I asked for about 10 business cards to dispense. My AC stopped working around 6 p.m on Friday, July 6th. I called my normal provider but another company did not even return the call that evening. It supposedly was to be returned promptly by an emergency tech. I am typing this now about 18 hours later and still no phone call returned. I went to Angie's List and selected, due to the A rating and proximity to my house, Country Heating and AC. I called the home office and then their mobile around 6:30 a.m, and Jamie guaranteed to be here before noon. He was here. Shock of all shocks. At 9:00 a.m Saturday. He went on the roof and replaced 2 large fuses. Total cost, service call, parts and labor, and doing a Saturday service was 78 dollars. I will be using this company permanently and when I need to replace a unit they will get first preference. Their service has won me over along with their fair and reasonable pricing.

They charged me $88.65 for the exact same part that the original contractor charged me $116.04 for, and charged me $56 in labor vs. the original contractor labor of $125. All in all, Country Heating & Cooling saved me about $100 for the exact same repair. I'll use them again for any HVAC work I have and will refer them to friends & family. They're honest, ethical & trustworthy.

Initially, unit began making scraping sound and was shut down. Call to Country Heating and Cooling was answered promptly and politely (by Jeanne) and appointment was scheduled for that same morning. Technician Jamie arrived on time, made necessary repair and upon request returned several hours later to clean the second fan. Repair has proven competent and technician was friendly, knowledgeable and most informative. Unfortunately, the unit lost power within the week (through no one's fault - may have been a coincidental result of initial service vibrating loose the contacts) and a call back produced a nearly immediate arrival by John. He secured the contacts and the unit has performed fine since then. John was also very friendly, personable and informative. Assuring full customer satisfaction was most impressive. Kudos to the Lewis family on all counts!

Our 18 year old heat pump finally died on Wednesday. After getting outrageous quotes and hard-sell sales pitches from other companies on Thursday and Friday. We called Country Heating and Cooling Friday afternoon. John arrived a few hours later and the new heat pump was installed the next morning, a Saturday. The price was great, the service was excellent and the job was done neatly and professionally. We will never use anyone else for ac service. Thanks again John.
